The folks are the Farmington,NM store are lazy & incompetent. Every one of them that must be a condition for employment. I went in & chose an HP laptop. I asked the young man if it had been formated & set up for use. He assured me it was ready to go. Got. It home ... It didn't do anything. Never call the listed phone number. They computer cannot understand you and will never direct you to a person if you ask it to. I called at least 10 times trying to get to a person before giving up. I tried explaining to the computer that it cannot help me with what I was requesting and I needed to speak to a person. Just connect us with the friggin people at the local store. Effing stupid automated computer is ridiculously frustrating...
