LONG REVIEW.
Will not be returning. Looked beyond the long wait time for food and the fact that we were never given kids menus that we were told multiple times were being printed (???). Finish eating and wait with plates stacked with napkins on them for receipt while waitress walks by multiple times... still, I try to be patient considering I used to work in the industry.... instead of getting upset, we decide to use the kiosk to pay... fast forward and only hitting high points, because this could be a very long story... kiosk keeps "processing" our card, staff tells us they are aware the kiosks have not worked for most the day and the manager on duty had been on the phone with tech support for the entirety of our meal, apparently. We check our online banking and it shows out total (tip included) has came out of our account. Manager tells us he still has to run our cars manually on their computers, because this charge won't stay..... before we even get our card back we check again and we have THREE transactions taken out... manager basically tells us -sorry, its inconvenient that you cant access your money and I cant help you contact the main office- and gives us a card with an email to message. Just think the whole situation could have been avoided and handed better.. will be going to Kingston pike...
Read moreService was HORRIBLE. The server was David. David was only paying attention to ONE table of people who he obviously knew because he stood there and talked to them almost the entire time we were there. We ran out of drinks and when our food arrived he never asked how things were going or if we even enjoyed it because if he would have taken a look he would have noticed that I was disappointed with the Cajun Shrimp Pasta and my husband was still waiting on the mayonnaise for his chicken sandwich which David NEVER brought. We sat there not eating for 25 minutes then I got up and got our own to go boxes and we started boxing up our own food to leave. We ordered soup to go and of course David forgot to bring it so my husband had to remind him about that too. Then when David finally brought the soup to go he forgot to bring the tortilla strips for the soup. Needless to say management needs to do something to help this server. You do not stay at one table the entire time. Where was the restaurant manager? Why didn’t the manager walk around and check on the customers? No wonder the restaurants are struggling when the service is so bad and you pay so...
Read moreI went with my dad to the Farragut location because we were both definitely craving the street corn... most of the food was really great but my dad got some really tough, dry ribs... after a couple bites he gave up and let our server know that the ribs were overdone... she was very kind about it and was totally fine with putting in a order of honey Chipotle crisper instead... even the manager, who i assume is the manager anyway, came to check up on us and we let him know about the ribs which he even said he could tell they weren't good from just looking at them. He was also very kind and assured us the tenders would be out fresh and hot, which they were. My issue came though, when i got my bill... they charged us for the tenders they brought him even though he didn't really eat the ribs. He only took a bite out of two individual pieces. I just thought it was a bit crummy, especially when they said they were going to make everything right and apologized for the bad ribs... other than that unfortunate part of the experience everything else was good... my food was good and everything but his ribs...
