I don’t like this place. Yesterday, I was craving avocado toast and Arsaga’s was the closet place to me that carried that. I went on their website and looked at the prices and saw that “The Block Party” avocado toast was only $7 which was pricey but not too bad. I also wanted a small latte which I saw online was $4.25. A decent snack and coffee for $12 sounded great! I went to the store to order and the avocado toast rang up $9.75 and it cost $1.50 to add caramel to my 8oz latte. I was so in shock I didn’t look to see the price of the latte before the add in but I know it was more than what I saw online because of what my total came to be. Look at that picture! That coffee was the tiniest thing I’ve ever seen. $1.50 for likely just ONE pump of caramel is crazy. But the craziest thing is charging $9.95 for that toast (full disclosure- it comes with peppers but I asked to remove them). I was walking away with my food and the box of toast felt pretty light so I opened to look at what I just paid for….. almost burst out laughing. How can a company charge $10 for this and not feel bad about themselves? Like, seriously I was appalled. It was smaller than a regular piece of bread from Walmart. My total came out to $17 and some change. How is this even legal hahaha? I’ll admit, the toast and coffee were fine. No complaints about the flavor and taste. But the price is crazy. I went back and saw the online prices I was previously looking at were from January. First off, update your menu prices (especially when you are scamming people). It is a very easy thing to do and you owe it to your customers to be consistent. Second, I know things are expensive and prices are increasing right now around the world, but increasing the price of something by almost 150% in less than 10 months is absolutely insane and greedy. I don’t like saying negative things about businesses, but I have not been able to stop thinking about this. I even tipped!! I also do not like the way I’m treated in there. The baristas are never friendly and act like it’s miserable and the worst inconvenience ever to take your order. I had one particularly bad experience with a barista there and can’t believe I went back after that. People seem to like this place so I tried to, but I will not be going back. Little Bread Co down the street is so much better. Go there...

I honestly like the food and coffee here but I hate the service. And the owner (I assume she is the owner) needs to be put in her place. I have been here 3 times and never was smiled at or greeted warmly in the least. Last time I pretty much swore off the place due to customer service but the red head girl convinced me to try again because she can make a great salad. This LAST time the blonde girl smiled and was very friendly and I thought wow this is nice. When she was making my food the owner walks in the room, coldly looks at me waiting, sees another customer walk up to the register and before acknowledging the customer, completely embarrasses the blonde girl because she left some crumbs on the back counter. the owner says some extremely rude things in front of another employees, in front of me, my son and another customer- very loudly, throws the rag down, rudely says, "this is what acceptable looks like, thank you" in the snottiest tone and goes to help the customer, still cold and not smiling. If you have a good product, fine if you have bad customer service,- bad strikes against you but if you embarrass your employees in front of other workers and customers- absolutely not... Good riddance. That girl was the only reason I was going to ever be back. Her smile could have saved my business. And I get im one person, but never underestimate the power of word of mouth and customer service. I will be posting this review everywhere I...

I have been publicly reviewing bathrooms since 2018. There are five pillers to a good bathroom: Cleanliness, quality of soap, the amount of automazation in the bathroom, privacy, and the door on the bathroom. Each of the categories gets a ranking out of 5 stars, this is averaged to give the location its rank.

Cleanliness: was very clean and smelled nice. 5 out of 5.

Soap: smelled nice and had a good lather. 5 out of 5.

Automazation: none. Sink, hand towels, and toilet were all manual. 0 out of 5.

Privacy: only one bathroom, so privacy was great. 5 out of 5.

Door: was a push to open and trashcan was next to the door making it easy to use the hand towels to open the door and throw away. 5 out of 5.

Average: 4 out of 5.

About the establishment: I got the nitro, I should have gotten a little cream because it was super strong, but it was delicious. I also got toast it was...

Was greeted by silent staring from barista while placing an order. I’m not a people person either but a simple hi is customary in the hospitality service. My main disappointment is that the toast used to be much, much better. It looks like they switched over to stone mill bread and tastes like they put a lot less effort in. Feels like things may have been made in house at one point but have been substituted for store bought options. With that being said maybe make your toast at home you’ll get a similar outcome. Just take a look at the first photo which is from 6 years ago, vs the one we took today and make your decision. Disappointing.

I just went for my first time today. The staff was friendly, service was fast. I was pleased with the avocado toast and selections of toast options. My cappuccino was divine. I was going to take it to go but ended up getting sucked into the environment and eating insitu. Overall 10/10
