This used to be my go to Chick-fil-A location. They have severely gone down hill over the past year. My order is ALWAYS incorrect in some way. Wrong food, wrong side items, wrong drinks, wrong sauces, no sauces. Even when we order large catering trays they seem to get those extremely wrong too. Never ready at requested pickup time. They incorrectly packaged a large nugget tray once to where it caused condensation in the container and all the breading fell off. And to top it off, we found a hair in that nugget tray unfortunately. We live and work closest to this location so we frequent this Chick-fil-A enough to have given it a fair chance. 1 time out of 10 I am lucky if my order is correct. But those aren’t good statistics by any means. Every other Chick-fil-A location I go to in Northwest Arkansas, or even other cities and states, gets the orders right, why can’t this one? Finally fed up enough to leave a review and not return back to this location. I have reported incorrect orders and issues with the store but have yet to see any resolutions or improvements. Read moreThis 3 star review is simply because of the remodel. I always have good service but I absolutely hate coming here because the way they set it up. I don’t know who designed it but they did TERRIBLE!! No thought was put into it. If I order on the app and go through the drive through then I’m still stuck behind cars that didn’t order on the app. If I want to do carry out, to avoid being stuck in the drive-thru, then I have to jump across the drive-thru like frogger to avoid being hit by the cars that are coming in. It’s just crazy that this location was closed for months for this remodel and this is what they came up with.
Edit: Since I’m complaining, maybe I should leave some suggestions to make it better. I think it would enhance the customers experience if there was one drive thru line for mobile orders and one that was for regular orders. Also, it would be safer for customers that went to the pick up window if there weren’t cars coming from the south west corner of the building. Read more1st if all, this is the store that usually shorts me 1 nugget almost every time I order nuggets. Now, having said that, I was doing some door dash and went to this location. The only signage I saw, said mobile delivery or order in the 2 lines. So I chose the mobile line. I waited over 10 minutes with ZERO help. I sat at the front of the mobile line while the employees ignored me completely, while I was waving my hands. I finally got help when I hollered out the window for help. Then im told they don't do DD there, I have to park and walk up to a window. So here I go. After I finally found the window, I walked amongst all the cars trying to go into the drive through and nobody is at the window. I wait and wait as people are once again ignoring me. Finally, a sweet young lady asked if I had been helped. So I tell her that maybe a manager should arrange for some signage for delivery services bc I wasted a whole bunch of time.
