When I first walked into the establishment, I was surprised and excited to see how Chuck E. Cheese had developed over the years! However, as soon as I walked by the salad bar that had dirty towels under it there was a huge marijuana smell! Like someone either smoked inside or in the bathroom. I was there to celebrate a birthday party so I kept moving but the smell didnāt go away and I knew it wasnāt anyone in our party. Not long after I began to notice some of the managers lingering behind the wall that separated the bathroom area from the party area close to where we were sitting. Everyone in our party made jokes about the smell, as we were there for the kiddos and whoever/whatever that enjoyed smelling up a childrenās establishment was not our business.
As the party went on and the children were released to play, I witnessed the assistant manager Gabrielle approach the mom of the birthday boy and accuse her husband (the birthdayās boy father) and another relative of smelling of marijuana because SOMEONE in the facility said it was them. There was no investigation just THEY SAID YOU DID IT, SO YOU DID IT!! Not fair!!! Several people began to look and stare in our direction, how embarrassing. The people in OUR party began to let her know that the smell was there heavily by the dirty towel salad bar and drink machine when we arrived.
I was highly disappointed with the establishment at this point. I also couldnāt believe they expected attitudes not to arise after this accusation. How would you feel being told WE KNOW ITS YOU. When itās clearly not? I felt for the family as they were just there to celebrate their son and having to witness such a catastrophe and unjust situation took away from the experience. That beautiful place supposed to be filled with fun was infested with mangers that were wrong on how they approached a situation and literally...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe food, amd service gets a five. That's because the pizza was banging. And two employees gave us exceptional service for my four year old birthday party. Our host, ALYSSA WILLIAMS was amazing, and the young lady working up front MICHA COOK. The host was basically with us the entire time making sure we had everything we needed. Anytime we had a question needed something she was there. We didn't have to hunt her down, she was always hovering around near by. She kept us informed on how the party was scheduled to go with Chucke coming out, the singing of Happy Birthday and all. From that aspect we could not have been more pleased, she definitely earned her tip. Micha Cook was only working up front not involved with out party whatsoever but there was a few times I had to go up there and buy some thing separately, unfortunately she had a line to the swinging entrance and when I got up there she was still nice and helped me so much. I teased how I was spending so much I didn't expect so many kids to come, and she gave me options that would help save me money yet benefit everybody in the party. She was a big help. The only down side of the party was the place was way, way to crowded. The game section was literally shoulder to shoulder. The place should be bigger to accommodate all the people they let in. I don't see how it's not a fire hazard. Secondly parents let their kids do w.e the heck they want, kids were throwing skee balls in different lanes, rolling basketballs around the floor it was madness. I would of had an associate on the floor telling parents to watch their kids. But other than that my son enjoyed his party. He had a great time so did the other little kids that came. The kids that were older than 10 didn't really enjoy it so much, it's more for...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreNever again. Should have left when they wouldn't let us in with our half finished milkshakes, but I brought my son for a belated birthday present. Paid for the $20 ticket package. M(my son) wanted to do the ticket blaster but we were told that they don't do that on the weekends because they reserve it for parties. Over the next two hours they didn't use it once, so why the hell couldn't they let people get in for the 30 seconds that it runs? Half the tables were occupied and the other half marked "reserved" in the play area. We sat down at a table in the back, that wasn't marked reserved. Didn't even sit down for 5 minutes before the manager tells us, rudely, that that table was reserved for people that paid for parties. Wth? You run out of signs? Walked around for 10 minutes and couldn't find another seat. Finally sat down at one of the "reserved" tables in the play area and endured the unsure stares of their employees. Nobody came to sit at that table or any of the other "reserved" tables around me. What a waste. When my son turned in his tickets he got a bunch of cheap candy. He was two tickets short of getting one more tootsie roll. The wouldnt just round it up and give it to him and the refused to give him back the 8 remaining tickets. Seriously?
They also keep a uniformed police officer at the entrance. Wth happens there that they need a uniformed cop?
Parking lot smells like all the homeless use it for a...
