My Fiancé & I were craving HootersWings on 3/1/24 & decided to go along w/our 2&4 yr old. We were seated & greeted by our server rather quickly. Our waitress appeared to be drunk & or high based on her slurred speech, red eyes, & random explanation of the pin that gets passed around from server-server meaning they will try to sell a dessert or something. Still haven’t figured that out…My fiancé ordered Pepsi & I ordered water with xtra lemon. Our waitress asked us if we wanted an appetizer so we ordered one. We decided on fried pickles. Our drinks were brought out w/out the lemons, I had to ask for those. We were also given 4 adult menus when we were seated & should have been given 2 adult menus & 2 children menus being that we had a 2 & 4 year old with us. Those were brought out & we were given a few minutes to browse the menu. Once our waitress returned we ordered 2 chicken tender kids meals with fries for our boys. For ourselves we ordered 20 wings half hot & half lemon pepper dry rub, we also ordered a side of curly fries, & an order of fish taco’s. Our waitress then left & I watched her as she made several stops around the restaurant chatting & interacting with people. Another group of people were sat next to us & their order was taken before she ever went to the kitchen to submit ours. 20-25 minutes goes by & she passed our table looking at our drinks that needed refilling several times & our empty table without our appetizer we ordered. I would estimate that in total 35-40mins went by w/her taking another order from table behind us without her interacting or speaking to us. We had still not received a refill, appetizer, or any of our food. Almost an hr after we placed our order of water & fried pickles she approached the table & said your food should be out shortly.I said we still haven’t received our appetizer of fried pickles & at this point if the food was about to come out we could just cancel the order of fried pickles. The look on her face was like I was being too extra or being unreasonable by requesting this & questioned or verified that I wanted to cancel the appetizer.She left & then came back again & said she had taken the fried pickles off the order & our food should be here shortly.We are now at about & hr after ordering and mine and my fiancé wings come out. The sauce on them appeared to be thickening up as if to suggest they had been sitting under a heat lamp ready for quite some time. Out comes our fries, our 2 kids meals that are supposed to be chicken tenders and fries. They weren’t chicken tenders but instead classic bone in wings. Before I could say anything our tacos were brought that were supposed to be fish tacos but were instead shrimp tacos. I got the attention of the waitress who brought out the food and told her that we had issues with our order. She advised us she would inform our waitress. Our waitress approached and looked very very confused and I told her that our two boys were supposed to get tenders and not wings….. she responded by saying, “that’s how I put the order in” She took the kids meals to go get the correct ones put in w/out giving me a chance to voice my concern about the cold wings and the shrimp tacos that were supposed to be fish tacos. Still no refills.After waiting15 mins for our kids food to come out and us not wanting to eat our cold food in front of them I got frustrated and got up from our booth to seek out a managers help.I explained our concerns with the waitress being in an altered state of some sort, how we had still not been offered a refill, how the wings were brought out cold, the boys tenders being wings instead, and our fish tacos being shrimp tacos….She offered to take up all the food and prepare a new order for us.I had to flag our server down and request a refill. At the end of the night our waitress in a very unprofessional way said to me, “I feel like I really pissed you off”Our server only had 3 tables and it was obviously more than the average intoxicated person can handle. Read moreWorst service that I have every had a restaurant. Started out taking my wife and son to hooters then a movie for a family night out. When we arrived at hooters we were seated by the hostess. After being seated my family and I waited for 20 minutes and watched 4 different waitresses walk right past us. finally after 20 minutes we were approached by a waitress named tiffany. she took our drink orders and walked away. She did not ask if we were interested in any appetizers nor did she ask if we were ready to order. she left our table and came back a short while later to inform me that the Mountain dew machine was not working properly and asked what else I would like to drink. I asked for a Pepsi and she immediately walked away from our table. A little while later she returned with the remainder of our drinks and began to ask if we were ready to order. This is at 40 minutes of being at a table we are finally able to order our food. my wife has a buy 10 wings get 10 free. she orders 10 garlic parmesan and 10 mild. after 26 minutes of waiting the waitress brings her food out. 10 garlic parmesan and 10 hot wings. the waitress is made aware of this and tells us that she will fix the order. I order the all you can eat boneless wings all hot. the waitress brings the first order out and informs me that she will go ahead and place the order for the refills of wings. when the second batch comes out 24 minutes after order was placed she had actually double placed the order and brought me 20 additional wings. No big deal as I would have probably ordered more anyways. When I took the first bite I realized that what took so long to get the second order of wings was the fact that they had sat in the window waiting so long they were cool to the touch and started being rubbery. at this point we had been at the table for 1hr 13 minutes. as I am getting frustrated I had to call the store to ask the waitress for the bill along with the managers name and contact information as they were apparently to busy to stop at our table or even acknowledge us. Upon her return she finally brings the remainder of my wife's original order of wings and a business card with the managers information on it. as we were getting food put in boxes the manager (Kimberly) comes up and starts trying to make excuses. She tells me that on all you can eat wings night they are so busy that it is hard for the kitchen to keep up. I then pointed out the fact that the 6 tables surrounding us was all empty so the couldn't be that busy. She then informs me that it is also because of grub hub and uber eats. I took this to mean that I would get better service if I order my food through grub hub and have it delivered to the parking lot. upon leaving I asked to speak with the store manager (Sarah) to inform her that I would be leaving the store reviews on yelp and google as well as contacting the corporate office. All she could do was tell me sorry with a sarcastic attitude and told me to have a great night. Upon looking around the restaurant from the hostess stand I realized that the waitresses were all flocking around the tables that had soldiers or had multiple guys drinking at the table. I am grateful for our military but this restaurant is not on a Military base nor is it a Military establishment. When my family goes to restaurants we expect to be treated as customers and not be treated based upon our military affiliation or lack there of. The billboard by the road should have been a dead give away. All it says is "WE LOVE OUR TROOPS" I guess the civilians don't matter.

Read moreThis is for the Fayetteville Hooters I cannot speak for the others. However I feel the wing Quality went downhill in a bad way. Usually this is my go to and after my visit to Dirty Myrtle here in Fayetteville and that was a bomb and my visit to Mancini's which was dare I say perfect. I decided to go back to hooters this was on The 18th and I've had some time to process this. I ordered 50, 25 hot and 25 lemon pepper and chilli cheese fries. For starters this was on me I didn't check the bag went home only had the hot ones which I feel im partially responsible for not checking before I left. I called and the lady she remembered my order and my lemon peppers were sitting waiting. She apologized no problem I told her it was on me too I didn't think much on it. Went back and got them. Well. The hot sauce...something isn't hooters that I remember. It's way zangy I don't remember them like that I wish I had a better way to explain it. But I remember they had like a buttery creamy flavour with a hint of soft buffalo heat. It tastes like now very zangy or too vinegary maybe less buffalo heat, like a knock off low quality hot sauce the flavour was just off. The breading for both alittle on the mushy side, the wing meat itself very chemically taste. It wasn't good. The chilli cheese fries well they were cold and not much chilli however they were better than the wings. Now for starters I use to place my orders here religiously and was my go to till It started going down hill. I haven't went back in awhile going to wingstop as my somewhat regular. Then i started exploring for other wing places. Mancini's right now is my go to number one and sadly it's far away but Buffalo Philly's in Woodbridge VA is my number 2. Im still exploring around to find that homebase one which im fully convinced that's Mancini's. I seriously cannot put my finger on it but it's not the Hooters I remember. Maybe it's just here the Fayetteville one but I have no reason to go back. Now only reason I gave it a 2 is because everytime I order it's pick up and each time Im treated pretty well here. So I cannot crash them completely. The service as far as pick up goes is pretty good I cannot speak for the service for dine in. However the wings are just not what they use to be. So I will not be returning atleast to the Fayetteville. If I head to another one I'll review...
