Cinnaholic — Restaurant in Fayetteville

Disappointing. Being vegan, I had high hopes for this place. However, the wait time is outrageous. I went there when this place first opened and attributed the long wait times to the newness of the shop… But now that they’ve been open for a while, waiting 30 mins + for a single order is crazy. Along with the fact that no one greeted us when we walked in or said anything to us at all until they were ready to take our order was also wild in the customer service industry. Also, they had chocolate-covered strawberries on display only to let us know that those are for catering orders only… There was no signs indicating that they weren’t for customer purchase, which was also pretty disappointing.

In summary, if you’re going to have extremely long wait times, at least have a place for customers to sit or something for them to do while they’re waiting. And I encourage you to work on customer service techniques to increase the friendly nature of the experience that you were...

13 mins for your regular cinnamon bun? The ol skool? Totally unacceptable. So much so it's laughable.

When I asked the young man if it's normal to take 13 minutes for what's essentially is just slapping cream onto a bun... His facial expressions immediately said it all as he knew yet tried to justify with online orders.

Get the store some help.

I sat and watch the whole process, please don't insult my intelligence nor suggest what it wasn't. There are other reviews that basically state the same thing; extremely slow service.

Your employee also tried to cite online orders as reasoning. If dough took 13 mins to bake, employee would have stated that.

Employee removed fresh buns long before and buns was just sitting OUTSIDE of the oven.

Again. Take accountability. It shouldn't take 13 minutes to prepare your regular cinnamon...

Move over Cinnabon, Cinnaholic is the king of cinnamon rolls! Bottom line: don’t wait, GO TRY THEM!!

I’ll be the first to admit that I was more than skeptical about a vegan cinnamon roll, and that kept me from trying out this magical bakery for over a year. But after trying a classic cinnamon roll with cream cheese icing, I am completely converted!!!

The dough was fluffy, buttery, and melted in my mouth. The cream cheese icing was the perfect sweet and creamy complement to the roll, and honestly I don’t want to know the ingredients because this brand is defying science with cinnamon rolls that will beat Cinnabon in a head to head every time. If they come up with (or I can create) a pecan bun in store, that’ll be my order the next time I visit. I’m so glad I finally ventured in, my tastes buds are changed forever and I’ll be searching for a Cinnaholics location whenever...
