DXL Big + Tall — Local services in Fayetteville

I want to say the cashier’s name was Sharmone Williams. Don’t quote me on this because I meant to do this review on yesterday the 10th of August. I lost the card with her name. But nonetheless, I want you guys to runnnnn to DXL if you’re a plus sized person. She was so attentive. Initially, I was hesitant and was looking for clothing myself for my brother. Then, it was a PROCESS and she came to ask if everything was alright. That time, I allowed her too. My brother really loved the graphic shirt she picked out. Her customer service was superb. She takes pride in her work. Not only was she nice to me but I watched her and she was also nice to the other people in the store, too. This girl needs a raise because she is the face of this store. Yes, it can be pricey but she also let me know about afterpay/affirm. Can’t remember which one but she told me that, too. She even remembered my brother before I even said anything about him liking graphic tees. So, like I said…she’s awesome! I don’t know who the owners are…just know, she’s rocking DXL. It’s already tough enough to be heavier. Some folk throw you to the side to ‘fend for yourself but not her. She welcomes you...

I've taken my son here a few times the past few months and he ALWAYS finds something he loves (we get lucky enough to find something in clearance nearly every time, which is even better) -- you typically get a coupon for the next visit when you shop. My baby boy is only 16 but 5'11 260 -- it was becoming depressing every time we shopped for clothes since he was the "largest" size in most stores (they either don't have his size, sold out or the options are "corny") -- here he is actually on the "smaller" size, which has done a turnaround on his entire attitude. Seeing him HAPPY to shop for clothes is something I cannot even put into words -- this store has been a God send for this mother!! The associates are ALWAYS kind and make it even better -- they've always been happy, patient, helpful, and most of all understanding & welcoming! The quality of clothes are top notch in fit feel and last (we haven't had 1 item shrink, fade or lose shape -- you truly get what you pay for)! Very grateful to have...

Purchased an item online and needed to return it. I visited the Skibo Rd store and return was quite simple. My only complaint is that I was only refunded the cost of the items and not my shipping costs or tax I don't believe. Will wait on final refund amount and update with more accurate info...hopefully there is no 'Broom-Shiggedy' to report. UPDATE....UPDATE.... So I paid $98.xx and my refund amount was $85.xx so without being a Rhodes Scholar I am the loser on this deal. $13.xx I had to give up and I actually returned the items in person because I saw where if you use the included UPS label your refund will be deducted costs. Not a good look . Not today or any other day of the month. So now I don't have any fresh gear for the holiday and I am out $13.xx because I shopped here instead of using Jeff Bezos' site...
