The one girl was so rude and she kept talking and talking being ruder and ruder while that blender was on and I told her I couldn't hear her and she kept on talking and being rude. I'm like, what did I do to get all this! All's I said is I wanted the drink remade because it was super watery, blueberries and dates extra water. I make way better drinks than that at home! And they wanted me to try something in the drink that I had never tried before. She just complained and complained and would NOT stop. It was obvious she was trying to get me to yell which I was not gonna do. Even the second drink wasn't as good and I know she did it on purpose. I told her I'm a regular and always get good drinks and good service. She went on to tell me it didn't matter how much I come in. Make the tall thin man a manager at night, he is so sweet, makes the purfect drinks, never, ever would dream of being rude to me like that. In Jun 2025, this general manager will great other people but not me and she treats other people better. Seems to be a prejudiced thing going on, either because of my color or my age. She has a a tall rude male that works there too. I'm done. As long as she works here, I'll never come again! They use to make great drinks and also allow a 10% tip or more and they changed that to 15% or more so I started customing my own tip. No more tips, no more money from me and I came here almost every day! Could also be a get bad treatment because of my...

Doesn't matter if the smoothie is good or not, every time I go here... You can expect to wait at least 20 minutes. For a smoothie guys, 20 minutes? Even with only 1 or 2 persons in the store. Makes no sense. You have 4-6 employees almost running and trampling over each other, with 4 blenders? I've never seen all of the blenders going no matter how full the store with customers. Not sure if the employees are overworked, not enough blenders, not a good workflow, nonchalant attitudes or all of the above. Terrible execution almost every visit. Moreover, why does it seem online orders takes priority over in store orders? If that's the case, It seems there needs to be a dedicated person, perhaps 2 person team doing only online orders. Last but not least... This last visit a male employee was asked to grab ice, he did. Instead of putting the ice where it's supposed to go, in the recessed cooler, he left it on the floor? How unsanitary and such a hazard. You already are walking on top of each other and you leaving objects in the walk way? Then instead of someone doing it, y'all continue to scoop out of the ice on the floor.
When you wait and wait, then you get a pile up of customers, things domino. I hope some order comes soon. No sense to wait 20+ minutes for a...
Read moreThe Smoothie King on Skibo Rd is my go-to spot, and a big reason for that is the incredible team especially Ms. Charmaine and Antania. Ms. Charmaine is always smiling and radiates positivity. Her kindness and warmth are truly unmatched, and it’s clear she genuinely cares about every customer who walks through the door. She leads by example not in a strict or forceful way, but with grace, professionalism, and heart. You can feel the difference in the energy of the team when she’s there; everyone seems more focused, friendly, and motivated. She’s a natural leader who inspires those around her just by being herself. Then there’s Antania an absolute gem. She is so kind, attentive, and thoughtful. She always makes you feel like more than just a customer. Her gentle demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile really stand out. She’s one of those rare people who brings calm and joy into any interaction. When Ms. Charmaine and Antania are working, I know not only that my drink will be made to perfection, but that my day will be just a little brighter because of them. Smoothie King is lucky to have such exceptional women representing...
