This is in response to Clifford Haaf---- I sure wish that you or your children have a job as a delivery driver one day because when you come home with only a pocketful of change all because these knucklehead customers want to believe that a delivery charge is a tip, you will be highly pissed off. I'll do the honor of explaining what a delivery charge is: this charge mainly goes to the store, not the driver. The company uses this money to pay for the maintenance of the trucks who deliver food to each store. The driver will receive a very very small portion of the delivery charge for their mileage. And I say very very small because the store does not even pay 1/4 of the government rate for mileage that you can file on your taxes at the end of the year. And the amount that they receive for mileage will NEVER total the $2.49 delivery charge because each store only has a 7 mile delivery radius, the most that the driver will ever make will be about $1.40, it all depends on how close you are to the store. Also keep in mind that drivers do not even make minimum wage because the store counts on drivers earning tips. I don't know the exact amount for this particular store but the Domino's that I work at only pays me $2.00 an hour when i am delivering. The most deliveries that I have made in an hour is 3.That may seem like a small number to you but you must have not worked in this type of business. Let's do the math. If I only deliver to customers like you who have decided not to tip because of the delivery charge,at the most I would have made $4.20 in mileage and $2 for that hour, that is a total of $6.20 per hour, still not minimum wage and that is before taxes. So let me ask you how you feel about not leaving your driver a tip... is it the driver's fault that the delivery charge does not go to them??? Please read the boxes, your credit card receipt, and the fine print at the bottom of the website which says, "ANY DELIVERY FEE IS NOT A TIP FOR THE DRIVER. PLEASE REWARD YOUR DRIVER FOR THEIR AWESOMENESS." The company is not lying. As a driver, I can assure...
Read moreMy opinion about this particular location is that it needs to be checked by the Domino's Corporation. Twice in a row I ordered from this location and both time the quality of the food sucked. Both times I received over cooked/burnt food. The first time I didn't leave a review even though I should have. I ended up going to the store and at least they replaced the order with a fresh product. The second time around wasn't that easy. I ordered for my wife and I her food came extremely burnt. When I called I was giving a hard time but the eventually opted to redeliver her food. We sat and waited, waited, and waited and they never showed up. By the time I realized the time my wife had fell asleep without eating and they were closed. The next day I took the uneaten BURNT food back hopeful that I could have fresh food by the time my wife got home from work. I was told my order couldn't be replace because their system said I was redeliverd and was treated like a broke hungry lier. I left a review this time and was quickly contacted by a Nicole claiming to be the franchise owner and to please reach out so she could rectify the incident. When I reached out I got no response. So I waited a week and reached out again. Still no response leaving me to realize they not only don't have their stuff together on any level of that franchise. Don't reach out if your not going to follow through. They respond so others think they stand behind their customers but they don't. I miss the store that was in my last area.
PS. Please don't respond to this review asking for my contact information. You didn't do anything with it the first...

They deliver us another person's pizza (we ordered a Extravaganza hand tossed pizza with - beef and - ham with added Philly steak and they delivered us a flat crust square cut pizza with bacon and jalapeños...) so not even remotely close to what we had ordered.
We tried fixing it via the website first but that was no help and kept rerouting us to the order screen. When we called to get our pizza and compensation I was only offered a brownie or a 2 liter for waiting an hour for pizza. Not only that but she then accused us trying to just get free food. We wouldn't be in this situation if THEY hadn't messed up the order. Said that if they give us a new pizza they would have to take the old one back which would be fine but I just think that during a pandemic once the food goes into the house the person working with food shouldn't be touching what could possibly contaminated but I told her she is more more welcome to take back the wrong pizza. When I asked to speak with her boss (Melissa Mosely) I was then told that because I asked for the boss they would no longer be able to help us. "I tried to give you an alternative but you didn't want it" then I asked why we should have to bite the bullet for them not even being able to do a correct pizza order, she laughed and hung up. Wow...At this point they basically committed theft as I did not receive what I had ordered...
