Since this is a place for me to leave my 100% honest opinion I will. I will also leave it here and every other place for my opinion for people to read so they make another dining choice. I have several friends/buisness owners in the city I live in and a few in surrounding towns that I have convinced NOT to use this company for any of their cathering or buisness meetings needs. I also have with me at all times the proof to show I'm telling the truth. So I have a list of other companys that are happily available and DO deserve their money. Places that don't hire criminals who have drugs delivered to them while their at work. You will not find a man who was in jail several times for beating on a woman or anyone else. You won't find a man who went to jail for stealing bill money from his wife several times and money to feed kids or destroyed property. Im assuming such things would be public record with a simple name search) I FEEL better knowing I'm not spending money and paying the wages of someone who thinks that's ok. Just saying you wont find that at a restaurant that ACTUALLY does care about the public cause they do a simple background check. You will not find a criminal working at all at a Place that actually cares about people. When a company gets a court order to take childsupport out of a workers check and they don't do it or make it a concern it shows alot about them. I'm very lucky that when my daughters story hit the front page of the Robesonian newspaper we made alot of friends. Alot of buisness contacted us about my daughter's cause and for them to hear about a court order for childsupport and the trouble being gone thru just trying to get it from a employee at a place that claims to care about the public saddened alot of owners. So I give my money to place that don't hire criminals. And I give my money to a place that not only claims to care about the public but actually does. A place that only has 1 place open because when they make money instead of opening other places to take more peoples money their busy putting more back into the public to help people instead of just caring about themselves. A place that cares about who they hire because they care about their customers experience. They don't want their customers to see a drug deal go down in the parking lot or worry about whats missing out of a purse hanging on the back of their chair they thought was safe when they went to the buffet-so they do simple background checks. When you only care about what's in the register at the end of the day it shows and people will smarten up and stop supporting places that don't care enough about them to care who's serving & waiting on them to not do checks on their employees. In my opinion why they don't is because they wouldnt have many workers left.Places that only care about getting you to that register to give them you're hard earned money. Which is your way of supporting WHAT they are doing. Again this is jusy my opinion and nothing Ive said I dont have proof of so dont believe me im not hard to find and I will show you...
Read moreEDIT 6-6-24- I HAVE HAD NO REPLY FROM MY DIRECT MESSAGING or concerning this post which I provided the link to as well. A lack of reply show the disregard for providing an accessible atmosphere and keeping customers comfortable. It's too bad that customer service is lost sometimes with local businesses. But as I said at the end of the original review I guess I forgotten my play.
ORIGINAL POST I have been coming to Fullers all my life. I am here now (3pm Saturday.) the picture is a support close to the front door and the size of an average table that we was directed to. My wife and i like to eat side by side. I asked for a different table in one form or another three times. She asked how many was in our party I said three and she put down at the table and I asked for a larger table she says that's our average size and it will sit three. I said we are not average people. I said it'd be nice to sit beside my wife to eat ,she again said this table is fine I let the third time slide asked my wife to sit down and said to The Host i said okay I guess I won't sit beside my wife.
This bothers me. But for the sake of my wife and mother in law I'm being chill. But the customer in this case wasn't wrong. I kindly asked for my family to be accommoded and i waa refused, the server said she was doing me a favor by putting this closer to the buffet bar, which was not a consideration, as it was being comfortable at the table with adequate room. In this economy you'd think people listen better. I've never had this happen when Adequate seating is available. I guess i forgot my place...
Read moreThis Review presents an analysis of customer trust in restaurant operations, focusing on an observational study I conducted. Initial observations suggest a standardized three-star rating for all restaurants in this study, based on a preliminary assessment.
While the greeting and cleanliness of the buffet area were positive, a lack of food labeling presented a concern. To address this, I recommend each customer familiarize themselves with the visual and gustatory characteristics of the dishes before dining. The staff's friendliness was a positive element. However, the restaurant's design requires customers to turn away from their food during the payment process and while it's being bagged. This was unsettling, while i hear a customer open complaint about the restaurant bathrooms being nasty.
This highlights a significant point about the level of trust implicitly placed in restaurant personnel regarding food handling and preparation. This reliance raises questions about operational transparency and customer safety, especially concerning the potential for food tampering or mishandling during the final stages of service.
Further studies with more rigorous methodologies would be necessary to draw robust conclusions about consumer trust levels within the restaurant industry. The current "blind trust report" approach is acknowledged as exploratory and requires...
