Ya'll need to update your directions if you're going to make your customers wait 20-30 minutes at the pick up spots. Every sign outside, and the pick up directions say to kick back and relax while the workers come to you. Saw one worker come out and give another customer their food AFTER they waited for several minutes and had to walk in, she looked right at our car and continued standing in the window doing nothing. My husband finally had enough and walked in to get the order that was listed as ready for 25 minutes, two workers talked to him like he was stupid when asking for our order. Our food was not very warm, and we got no forks...

I had a delivery of 16 wings with fries and cheesecake. The fries were piled on top of the wings and the container full of steam making the fries so soggy they were uneditable. The wings could've had more seasoning and definitely needed to be cooked longer as they were not the least bit crispy. The cheesecake, I don't know if it got hot inside the packaging or what but the graham cracker crust had totally dissolved and it did not taste good. Really...
