I would have given you five stars, but unfortunately the first face I saw which was the hostess did not start my visit with a good feeling. I was not greeted with a smile or any kind words. She asked how many, led me to a small table. I asked if I could have a bigger table as I feel crowded in the small one. She didn’t say a word. Not yes mam, no problem, nothing. She just slapped the menu on the next table which was larger and walked off. I think I interrupted her little community gathering of friends she was visiting with around her station at the front. Not a very professional look to walk into. That all being said, my waitress Kaytlin completely turned my mood around when she came to my table and greeted me with a smile. She was the best waitress I have had in a long time. She even tempted me with tasty suggestions to talk me into trying a new burger. I’m so glad I did. Her service and follow up was perfect. Originally ordered on the Uber app for delivery after about 10min I got a notification saying Red Robin canceled my order. So I called to place an order and no one answered the phones so I downloaded the app and placed an order for pick up. It stated it would be done in 9min... 2 burgers w/ fries 2 shakes and 2 drinks.

I arrived to pick up my food the guy at the front said he would go get my milkshakes thinking oh thank God they didn't make them till I pick up... not the case you can clearly see they had been sitting somewhere for a bit. I ordered a vanilla and the new peaches and cream shake. By time I was home (14 min) Our food was cold.. cold... not even warm to the touch. No steam or condensation in containers or anything the peaches and cream had no Carmel drizzle and 2 peach square things on the bottom. We had a nice meal here tonight. They have a lot of great discounts including military and teachers and 50% off kids on Wednesdays. The burgers are great, but I tried the Cobb Salad tonight, and it was huge and delicious. A new favorite! My kids like the kids' meals, but I wish they had more variety for them like pasta, chicken sandwiches, wings, etc. They do offer veggies, fruit, and salad as a kids side item along with milk and juice. I like seeing the healthy options. Adults and kids do get bottomless sides which is great . We love the steak fries and dipping sauces. Only problem on every visit is waving down a server to get refills on your bottomless sides. They are usually pretty busy and i never see a manager helping out .
