Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Fayetteville

I just left this location and if I could give no stars I would. The girl behind the counter named Jaysabella was completely rude to me and my boyfriends. My boyfriend said our order loud and clear for her to hear and she screwed it up. We told her that the price isn’t right that we ordered 2 giant sandwiches and she only rang us up for one regular sandwich. She rolled her eyes when my boyfriend said a big sandwich and was rude by saying it’s a giant, we told her that in the first place but by that time we were over her nasty attitude. I told her he said it right you just didn’t listen. She was more worried about the guy behind the counter with her making sandwiches rather than us. I will not go to the location again. I had to watch them make my sandwiches through a hole because they had her come over and help them make them. How do I know she wasn’t going to spit in our food? Rude...

Today on Sunday May 7th between 1:30 and 2:00 pm approximately, I almost called the police on an employee at Jimmy Johns because he kept barking at my dog intentionally trying to distract her and was making the environment over stimulating!!! He would have been fined for it but thankfully he stopped and I didn't have to say anything and McKenzie and I could continue our public access service training while my husband was getting his hair cut and I was able to avoid taking the polices time away from more important matters. We then went on to have an amazing training session and she performed wonderfully everywhere we went. But that was highly unusual and unprofessional and I would never go eat here after that childish rude behavior! How could they let him keep doing it too? What's wrong with...

I love Jimmy John’s and frequent this location as it is closest to my home. I enjoy the food and MOST of the staff however the white girl with auburn red color hair is downright lazy, rude and lacks decorum and customer service. Every time I come during the week, evening time she’s working and she seems so “blah”. I never see her fixing any food, she doesn’t get orders right when at the register and tonight while a fellow (black) coworker was folding rugs, preparing for closing she sat there and didn’t assist nor did she get up to get my pick up order while the other worker was WORKING! The entitlement and absolute laziness is appalling not to mention after I walked out she magically got up to take a WHITE customers order but couldn’t get up to hand me...
