I would like to share some feedback regarding my recent experience, as I believe it could help improve the overall customer service environment.
I noticed that some employees exhibited behavior that felt unprofessional, which may stem from a lack of experience or training in customer service. Additionally, the high-pitched alarm in the bathroom was quite distressing for me, and perhaps it could be adjusted to create a more comfortable atmosphere for all guests.
When I requested fresh fries, I was informed that I needed to place my order inside. It seems there may be miscommunication about this process, as I had hoped to clarify the best way to receive fresh food. Customers generally prefer hot, fresh items, and ensuring clarity in the ordering process could enhance satisfaction.
I understand that work can be challenging at times, and it's important for employees to feel fulfilled in their roles. If someone is feeling dissatisfied, it may be beneficial for them to seek a position that aligns better with their needs. Ultimately, customers should always feel valued and welcomed in any service setting.
I hope this feedback is helpful and can lead to positive changes. Thank you for considering my...

Ā Ā Ā Read moreOrdered take-out on website. Picked up, get home and missing the kids' portion. Called to let them know so we could get it fixed. Asked about returning whole order to get made together, because lets be honest... do you eat in front of your children and not feed them? The man's response? "I made the order correct, I'm not remaking the order. Come get the missing items or don't bother coming!" And this man hung up. Look, we all make mistakes. We all have bad days. Apparently there are also conflicting definitions of the word "correct". "Missing items" and "correctly made order" are NOT synonymous. Hanging up on customers and refusing to give me my correct order made together, while giving attitude over your mistake is asinine!
Edited to add a photo of the "correct" and now cold food, made wrong. So missing food, getting hung up on, and incorrect food. The missing soft tacos without lettuce were for the kids. There wasn't special instructions for anything else, but the dorito tacos were missing lettuce. Customer service is so important. Being nasty to people is...
