Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Fayetteville

I ordered my food for lunch online to have it delivered less than .6 of a mile away so it would arrive during my lunch break. It took them my whole hour long lunch break to receive my food and I was unable to eat dinner for tonight. I called your times to make sure everything was ok with my order and every time I called, they reassured me it would be here shortly. I am supper disappointed with Jimmy John's because of how "freaky fast" they are. This was my first and only time ordering from Jimmy John's due to such a bad experience. I called to speak to a manager and he just offered to credit my account that I do not have nor do I want to try this place ever again. They didn't even bring me a straw...

Updated: *new: 6 weeks ago, business updated hours to close at 10:30pm. I came in at 9:11 and was denied service and told they close at 9.

*old review: Food is always delicious, but I waited 23 minutes for 4 subs with 3 normal orders ahead. I'm assuming they had one experienced person training 2 (line and front) at the same time. Sunday lunch rush is not the best time for training new unless it's the only staff they have. Edit: after seeing a response, we went again the next Sunday and they had 5 people working. Wait time was drastically reduced to less than 10 minutes from ordering despite a larger crowd. Adding both stars back for not just asking for feedback, but actually addressing...

I have to admit I am giving this a one star only for the fact that the subs were delicious. This is the 2nd time that we have received poor customer service. The 2 young girls (same ones each visit) acted as though our coming in was an inconvenience. Since the store is open until 7pm, when customers walk in at 6:50pm they should not be made to feel as though they dont want to make people a sub. Also, to top it off their was inappropriate music on in the store that as an adult made me blush. I will think twice before going to...
