If you are in desperate need of inducing weekend-long catastrophic diarrhea, and want to pay three times the amount you normally pay at any other fast food restaurant, then stop by Moe's. If you're nervous about trying something new, here's a walk-through about what to expect. First, pick something from their "what only they think is funny and cleverly named" menu, and tell the "too good for this job" teenager on the other side of the glass sneeze guard what you want. They will ask you which options you want them to scoop out with a ladle that was probably washed four years ago onto your already looks like what it's going to look like in the toilet burrito. They will then put it on a grill or some kind of oven but it doesn't matter because at this point you realize that it's essentially Mexican food and it doesn't matter what it looks like. Then the cashier with a blank stare and the body figure of a wisdom tooth will ask you if you would like a drink with your meal. Of course you say yes because you had no idea that your one burrito is $14. As you nervously hand them your debit or credit card because the $7 cash in your wallet wasn't enough you ask the cashier where the drink station is. They Mumble something that in a million years you would not be able to understand. So finally you take your bag full of stale chips and your burrito which could function as a pillow around the corner to the drink station which has a Coca-Cola freestyle machine with about 32 people waiting in line behind one person that doesn't know what they want and are basically just pushing buttons to find the correct flavor of fanta. By the time your entire meal is assembled with drink and salsa you realize you have already used up your entire lunch break and will make the daring decision to try to eat this catastrophe of a meal while driving back to work. My advice is to eat it slow and don't be more than a 4 minute walk from a toilet because that burrito will supernova...
Read moreIt's a hit or miss with this location. I always order on the app, and it usually out for my good. But when I get here and my order is not ready, it's usually after 6pm, it's beyond frustrating. My order of two burritos was set for pickup at 7:15. Upon arrival the pickup shelf was empty and the manager Kayla apologized stating that they were backed up. After 30 minutes, the manager announces to the eight individuals waiting for prepaid online orders would get to our orders after the customers in line are served. The line was staffed with four team members and another in the back to replenish the line. After avoiding eye contact with me and the other prepaid online orders, they did not notice me get in line to have them make my unfilled online orders. Once I got to the register, I explained that they just made my online order that should have been ready 40 minutes ago. I gave my name and showed the order on my app. My order should have been prioritized instead of being made to wait after people walking in and out. This was ridiculous. I would even understand a sign that read "please get in line for your online order" if yall were that backed up. I honestly think one of the four on the line should.have been prepping online orders. There was no way to cancel the unprepared order. And the manager could not have cared less. I honestly believe she is waiting until close to fill those orders. This never happens on the Northside of Atlanta locations or...
Read moreThis is my first time coming to a Moeâs to eat (Fayetteville). Iâm literally still sitting here. I actually looked at reviews for the quality of the food, the service, and that all famous, exciting âWelcome to Moeâsâ that I expected when I walked in. However, my experience was nothing like that. There was no â Welcome to Moeâsâ, there wasnât even a hello when I came in the restaurant. I did mention to the server that it was my first time at Moeâs, that garnered no response from him. I ordered the Edgy Veggie bowl. I was asked if I wanted certain items and then the selections seem to suddenly stop so I asked about additional veggies such as the olives and cilantro. When I made it to the register, I had to say hello three times for the young lady at the register to acknowledge me and say hello back. The only time there seem to be dialogue from her was to tell me where I can tap to put in my tip. I wasnât even given a fork to eat for my bowl that I had purchased. The atmosphere was relaxing, nice music playing except it was very hot, but it was okay, I could bear that. I guess overall I was so excited about finally coming to Moeâs and I was less than happy with the service overall. The food quality was Okay, but honestly the portion was so much smaller than what I get at Chipotle with my bowl. The bowl is overflowing at Chipotle. My bowl was half full at Moeâs. Sadly, this was quite a...
