So I went all out and paid about $8 for ice cream because I've always been a fan of CSC and I'm not gonna knock the product because it's delicious but with that price, each specialty ice cream pays for an hour worth of employee work time. The least this establishment could do is hire respectable and professional staff. I was disgusted at the level of trash behind the counter. Trash meaning, your staff. I was asked for my order to be taken and when I went to tell her she walked away in midst of my talking...?..like wut Okay. She comes back looking high as a kite a minute later and proceeds to laugh while taking my order and answering my questions. Than as I'm waiting to pay I can hear another girl who also is behind the counter telling the next customers, each individual ice cream flavor she thinks is nasty. "The cake batter is NASTY, the coffee is NASTY" ...really? I might not have even heard her but she was obnoxiously loud. So, Being as its an ice cream flavor I purchased I found it entirely disrespectful. And even if it wasn't, it's still rude. Not only are you making a fool of yourself, but your damaging business and being extremely off the wall unprofessional. Cashier also had absolutely no enthusiasm and at least muttered a fake "enjoy your ice cream" which almost had a kill me for working here undertone to it. My advice, get staff who actually care about there jobs and not little kids who have no respect or work ethic and are tarnishing your good product and turning it into trashy business. Not sure if it's this area... but I've never experienced this at a CSC anywhere else I've visited. Will not be returning...
Read moreI went in to this location on Morganton Road to get my son a birthday cake. When I got to the register, the cashier seemed untrained! I wanted to use my Cold Stone rewards instead of my military discount and for the items to be rang up separately. She claimed she didn’t know how to do it and just stood there, looking at the register after literally hitting the same button repeatedly. I then had to call another employee over to the register to help her then when I got home, I was getting ready to throw the receipts away when we noticed I was charged for a large cake and I only got a small, almost a $12 difference!! I called the store and it’s something that they were unable to correct over the phone so I had to drive 25 minutes back to Cold Stone to get my money back. When I got there, they were extremely unapologetic And only towards the end, when I notified them that I would be escalating the situation did I receive an unauthentic apology from the “manager” Anthony. Spending almost an hour driving there and back to get my money was Definitely not what I wanted to do on my Sunday evening. Not even a milkshake or a waffle cone to apologize for my inconvenience. I won’t go back to this location if you paid me and I suggest if you go, you...
Read moreAkeil - assistant General Manager is RUDE! Refused to even deal with the fact that my online order was wrong. He did this because some ( a bowl) was taken out (WHICH BY THE WAY - would be the only way to see that a tripple oint was incorrect (14.00 container of Ice-cream). I was made to believe it was my fault that I made the kids eat dinner before Ice-cream (thus I did not call until 9p). Therefore; (the 2 aforementioned items are) the reason that there's NOTHING HE WILL DO for me. Though he blamed it on the General Manager (whom he claimed to call and ask)... No accountability to paying customers 🙄 especially since I literally spend hundreds of dollars here a year!! Check my account. He didn't want my information and refused to give me the GM's name, prior to being condescending about me contacting corporate!! This is unexpected and disheartening to be treated like I was so out of line as to ask for my correct order!! Yes, and he wanted to argue (without having seen my container) that they have measurements of how much for each mix-in - YEP they do! Proof that my issue IS INDEED VALID!!! 3 pints of Ice-cream 6 - measured mix-ins = do the math Akeil. I was polite referring to him as Sir, and had my brother tip them when he...
