Salsarita's Fresh Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Fayetteville

I went there 5/16/2021. The “general manager “ curse me out that I must get out because I suggested that they should put clearer signs on the door. I walked up and the sign on the door said, “closed due to shortage of staff, please use drive thru”. Joined line and went to drive thru and said I’m a UBEREATS driver, here to pick up for ‘name” she said I must come in store and walk at the front. I was very upset because that sign could be placed on the door instead of wasting my time to join the line then be told rideshare drivers must not use drive thru. Why joining the line to be told at drive thru that we must not used it. Bear in mind the sign on the door said closed, use drive thru. I went in and I said you people have me all over the place. A lady said the sign is placed and the door and the drive thru lady gave me clear instruction. I said that’s the issue, why don’t you put the sign on the door instead of been told at drive thru that we must walk at the front to enter store. “General manager” started to shout at me and said she’s done talking and I must get out of the store now, I was so shocked! I then turn to the staff and was explaining to her that they should put a sign on the door. “General Manager” got up in a range and shout at the staff and said’ “get around the back now” I’m the general manager. Again, I was shocked the way she spoke to her. She continued to tell me to get out repeatedly and when I was leaving she said, go do your UBEREATS, that all you can do. Like really lady, what’s wrong with doing UBEREATS? Lol. This lady was unprofessional and very rude. The staff looked so embarrassed to listen and watched how the “General manager” was behaving. During the range she was telling me repeatedly that she’s the “General Manager” and she can do whatever. I honestly wonder who...

On today's date my friend and I placed two separate online orders at this location. My order was incorrect as I requested the ground beef on the side as I do not eat meat. A friend's order was very inadequate as there was barely any food in the bowl. My friend contacted the restaurant and eventually spoke with a lady named Lori who claimed to be a general manager. From the onset Lori was combative, argumentative, unprofessional, defensive, condescending and loud. Lori talked over my friend and was very disrespectful and abrasive in nature. I have never witnessed an employee speak to a customer in such a vile and dehumanizing way. I do not understand how this woman joined the ranks of management. Her behavior was so incredibly brazen until I decided against discussing my complaint with her. I have interacted with other members of the management staff at this location and they have all been great. She is by far the most disgusting human being I have ever encountered. She is a stain on the profession. There are managers who go above and beyond to please the customer and this woman should not be in the same ranks as them. She is just not deserving of it. I felt sorry for my friend because she had to endure this woman's wrath. My friend spent $10 and received $3 or $4 worth of food and I had to throw my meal away because the ground beef was included after I requested it to be placed on the side. This request has been easily accommodated in the past and the restaurant has even called me on one occasion to clarify my order to ensure they got it right. I cannot sit idly by and allow this woman to get by with her actions. I'm disgusted!! I regret that this is the only Salsaritas location in...

If I could give them a 10 I would all across the board. When I first walked in I was greeted with a warm welcome and a big smile from Nathaniel. He took my order he prepared my order it was Neat. he was nice he had conversation and he made me laugh and he made me feel good about being in the restaurant. When I was paying aniyah was so nice and sweet and she also had a big smile. I felt so good about being there. I am on vacation and I kept thinking about it because I hadn’t done the review yet. I could not find the card where I wrote the names down so I had to call. I will definitely go back I and I recommend everyone to go there because the food was awesome and great. The restaurant was clean even the manager on duty was very nice. She even spoke to me even though they were super busy and they were handling their business in the drive-through she even spoke to me. she took time to do that which is Great customer service all the way around. The tables were clean and after we ate I was stuffed and I left. on my way out the door everyone said bye. I was just surprised that they were so busy and still very attentive to their customers....... GREAT!!!!!! Job team and great job manager
