This is a very visually pleasing Starbucks amongst a row of dilapidated hotels/motels in a pretty rough town. So the niceness upon pulling up was refreshing and very inviting. I went thru the drive thru, I did not go inside and I used the app to order as I do every where. (I do go inside when im at my home Starbucks, but on the road never). Got a triple espresso con panna. They were a tad slow(and issue stated in other reviews) compared to almostbevery other Starbucks I've ever been to, but not slow to the point where its an issue it wasnt an issue at all. They just weren'tfast, but still totally acceptable. From mobile order, the drive, to pick up was only 9-12 mins. But, the reason for such a low review is this was genuinely the nastiest tasting espresso con panna ive had in any Starbucks. It tasted like something was mixed in with it that shouldn't have been? So disgusting and didnt taste like nor look like its suppose. Thats a very easy and basic drink that should be simple to keep consistent at all stores, so for it to be so bad here...

Read moreGiving this rating based on the past 3 experiences at my local Starbucks. This location has gone down hill. Past 3 times we have done a mobile order. Each time drinks are messed up. Guess following the label printed out is hard to do. The new hires at this location need better training. When the barista does not know what a steamer is and you sell it… kinda an issue. That’s why drinks are made wrong. When I order a cream based frappe for my 7 year old son and you put extra coffee in it… not good for business. Also you should not talk about your customers in your head sets. Talking about them on your head sets when you don’t know what all is in a group is not good for business. Also, done eyeball your customers as they leave, you again don’t know who in the place is with each other. Then eye ball your customers as they pull out the parking lot.
