i cant stand this subway. everytime i order drive thru they skimp me on something. i asked for extra lettuce on one occasion and got sprinkle. it wasn't even a normal amount of lettuce so it was far from extra. i called for a manager and they never got back to me. the next time i went i ordered online then picked it up and they actually left off a whole slice of ham. 1/3 of my 6 inch had no meat, i called for a manager and aparently this manager is never in. so i left my name and number like the last time AND NO ONE GOT BACK TO ME AGAIN. NOW ITS THE THIRD TIME ( I LOVE SUBWAY AND THIS IS THE CLOSEST ONE TO MY JOB SO I HAVE TO COME HERE) This time i asked for extra lettuce and jalapenos and there were no jalapenos (my fave part) and who has time to go back on their lunch break!!?? so if you order..... go inside and make it your way :) its the best way and the beauty of subway. The posters they had up advertised the footlong meatball as $4.99 but it ended up being $7.49 and the excuse given was "we just didn't take them down" followed by "it's just like a dollar and my manager isn't going to take it off" We had repeated the order several times and both subs were STILL WRONG!!!! No apology was given, the drive thru lady tried to say her name was "Larry" and wouldn't fix our subs for us. She only took down our name and phone number and refused to remake the subs, tell us when a manager would be there or give us a complaint line to call. She also did not scan my rewards and the fact there was no one else in the drive thru line and no customers insider, it shouldn't have taken over 10 minutes to order 2 subs and for both...
Read moreHad subs delivered. Same sub I get 3-4x a month at various SUBWAY locations. Opened sub and it literally had tablespoon of grilled chicken on it. My husband said “that’s ridiculous. I’m taking that back.” When he got to store the employee said she needed to see the receipt. It had only been 30 mins since it was made. She then said she would NOT remake it bc she remembered making it and she made the way it was suppose to be made. (Why did she need to see receipt if she remembered making it??) My husband ask for the managers #. He waited. The employee called manager and said she made it like she was suppose to so MANAGER instructed Lisa to NOT remake it unless we paid for another sandwich.
