Our 1st (and LAST) visit was VERY SHORT LIVED! Ok maybe they were just having a bad day, but unfortunately 1st impressions are everything in the food industry. The establishment was absolutely reprehensible. There was no host to greet us, so at the very least there could be a "seat yourself" sign and there was nothing but a cashier standing there staring at you and mind you you're also in the way of other customers trying to cash out... UM RED FLAG! The waitress then appeared from thin air and handed us sticky menus on top of what I could call at best a nasty sticky table to pair with it. The menus are too hard to read and the atmosphere felt empty... dirty... and hallow... like my last marriage. I feel like I need to decontaminate. BUT WAIT there's MORE! Fortunately I speak Spanish and the lady sitting behind us jumped up and said to her husband... HONEY A DEAD COCKROACH! And there it was... a dried up HUGE roach right next to her napkin and the salt shaker. Forget RED flag... it's more like RAID BLACK FLAG. You won't ever have to worry about us giving another commentary bc we will never come back again. However on a brighter note, if you are eager to lose weight... then this is DEFINITELY the place for you....

My first visit since they moved into the neighborhood. Wasn’t sure what to expect, but now I’m a fan.
Menu - Each page is traditional fare from a different Centro America country. Cool concept. We ordered strictly from Salvador. Can’t wait to come back to order from another page.
Food - Show stopper. Fresh, authentic... compares to the best of food I’ve had traveling all over Central America. The black beans are like crack. You can’t stop.
Atmosphere - Chill vibe with great small booths to eat with friends. The kind of joint that would be featured on the food network.
Service - Ultra friendly and casual. Food was out in
Read moreMy husband, son & I noticed this little gem today & stopped in for a late lunch, around 2:30. We each ordered the Sampler Plate from the Appetizer section of the menu. It came with a chicken tamale, plantains, 2 garnachas, empanada, pupusa, cream cabbage, & 3 sauces. The food was incredibly delicious & the portions were spot on. I couldn't finish all of mine! The heat wasn't working & it was very chilly inside, so I asked of we might get a discount on coffees, which we only wanted because we were cold. They offered to give them to us at no charge, but we insisted that we pay something towards them. Ultimately, they didn't put them on our tab. The decor is a little dated, but the food more than makes up for that. It's one of those little places that you want to go to again & again, and take your...
