If you haven't tried this place...you're missing out. My friend and I went today...place was quiet, they had customers but the lunch crowd had died down. As soon as we came in we were greeted with a smile by 3 of their employees. My friend had questions about their menu especially of they were gluten free friendly, of course they are. Jacqueline, who was super helpful made some suggestions and it wasn't a disappointment. I ordered a Chicken Salad BLT sandwich and the chicken salad I chose was the Lauryn's Lemon Basil. I asked what side I should pair it with and Jacqueline suggested the pasta salad. She also told me that the Watermelon Tea and Strawberry lemonade were faves and they gave us tiny cups to try them without charging us....and they were great. We bought small bowls of their Cranberry Kelli and my friend chose the Sassy Scotty. Yes, they were $6.99, but Wow!!! Both delicious!! They ran out of croissants so I chose toasted regular bread for my BLT sandwich and they even roared it just the way I liked it. The lettuce and tomatoes were fresh and the bacon strips were crunchy. I got a flower buttercream frosted cookie, compliments of a nice gentleman behind us waiting for his order. The price seemed reasonable, my friend said it was pricey, but after tasting the food, she changed her mind. The Manager did say they make every batches fresh. If you actually make your own chicken salad at home and bought your ingredients you'll see that what you bought in the grocery storeprice wise, will be a bit more pricey than what you would have paid here. Plus here, you get to sit and relax and no stress. It is worth the hoopla this Chicken Salad Chick place makes...and I'm glad they finally have a place that's fresher...
Read moreListen someone needs to know about James. His customer service is A1. He’s smiling he’s very patient and informative. He took the time to let me know about the app and the scan Bar at the bottom of the receipt. I even observed to see how he would treat the customer behind me and he didn’t disappoint. She had never been there so he gave her samples so that she would pick something she liked, explained the menu and told her about the app and gave her some kind of brochure. He again was just as nice to the customer after her. He is such a breath of fresh air and I will look for him when I return. The other cashier was nice too. Not sure of her name but she wore glasses and has red at the ends of her hair. She was very nice to her customers as well. I don’t mind spending money but I look for great service as a business owner stress this to my employees as well! Class act cleaning professionals if you ever need commercial cleaning ok a shameless plug . But I will definitely be back! Thank you James. And the food is...
Read moreMy husband and I eat here at least once a week. It's a healthy choice and the food is delicious. Tonight on our visit, we waited for over 30 minutes before receiving our food. There were people who came in after us who received their food and finished eating before we got ours. We were patient until the 30 minute mark. The single employee in the back was working herself to death while all the other employees (at least 4 others) sat in the lobby talking loudly and using profanity. One employee wearing an apron kept walking to the back and back to the lobby with his apron on. If he is near food he doesn't need to wear his apron back and forth like that. This was going on the entire time we were there including while waiting for our food. This was by far the worst experience we've had in going to Chicken Salad Chick. Whomever the manager is over the Fayetteville, NC location needs to spend more time in the restaurant. I'm not sure we will go back...
