Updated Response - Thank you for responding, I do feel like when someone walks in as a person who owns a business themselves, you are there to attract a customer base. You are there to sell your product. As a new customer, I shouldn't have to say I am new to the establishment, You as the business owner could've have simply stated Good Morning, How are you doing? Have you been here before? Do you know what you're wanting or have an idea or something I could explain to you to help you make your selection? If you are the gentleman from this morning, You did not say any of that to make me feel welcomed. Your response to "greasy" food was not called for.

First time trying this place, walking in I felt off if that makes sense, everyone was at the bar just felt like I was interrupting something but could've just been the nerves going into a new place for the first time. The gentleman said Good Morning asked what I wanted I got a smoothie, I didn't like the taste was very chalky but otherwise the place was clean, could smell the cleaning solution when walking into the door and the staff He was short spoken but nice. I tried this place one time and it was so good that I told myself I need to come back. The owner is really awesome and was so patient with me. I tried once of the popular protein smoothie n did not like it at all, so he with no charge made me a different one that I ended up liking. Which he didn’t have to but he did anyways so I really appreciated that. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is cause the hours posted on google is inaccurate. I drove all the way over here from Ramsey after my workout looking forward to having another protein smoothie only to find they are closed 😔 please update your hours. Thank you. Best location by FAR. There are other Herbalife centers located in the Fayetteville/Hope mills area (which means they have the exact same menu just different owners) however the owners of this location are wonderful. They take the time to actually get to know you, your order, and it’s a place you want to hang out and keep coming back to. I tried other locations that were closer to my workplace and they were rude or their smoothies were missing ingredients. I highly...
