I had the very worst service I have ever had at this Taco Bell. I come here at least 5 times a week, sometimes as many as 10 times. I do car sharing and my customers want to come here frequently. This morning around 2:30am, my customers tried to order food. The cashier stated that they had no Mountain Dew. When the girls tried to order something else, the cashier stated they had no drinks at all. Needless to say, my customers were flabbergasted! She asked if they were going to credit her for the cost of the drink, to which the cashier flatly stated "no"! The customer asked her how they could be like that, and the cashier laughed.Then the customer asked, how she could think that was funny? The cashier responded by stating, " it wasn't funny, it was hysterical", as she was laughing! The customer was going to order something else when I told her we needed to go, because these rude and ignorant employees would not touch my food. So we went to another store and got the great service we expect! Also, as we drove by the carry out window, the employee was smiling and waving goodbye to us. I won't fault a business for being on the far end of Raeford rd (which gets very busy). However knowing that the street is chaotic and still setting up the parking lot so that it dumps you out onto the street instead od circles you around is a problem. I came through the back of the parking lot, and it was really, really busy. These poor folks were dealing with a lot of nonsense including someone who walked up to the box and tried to order without a car (you're not supposed to do this). I could not flip my car around to get in line so I went down the other lane in drive-through to circle around but instead of having a path to the parking lot it goes straight into Reaford Rd. Needless to say I was not going to try and make a left turn to flip back into the parking lot so I left. I'll probably just leave this at 3 stars until I can actually eat something. Read moreI received superb customer service. It has been a while since I ate at Taco Bell and I asked for a minute to select what I wanted. The young lady was very patient. Since the menu had changed and I had trouble seeing the menu (needs more lighting to me)it took a minute. She was patient in helping me. I appreciated that gesture. When I got to the window, I decided I wanted something added to my order--a burrito. A different young lady was there to receive my payment, and the one that took my order helped me decide which burrito(I asked for her opinion). Very nice person and patient. P.S. If they were annoyed with me, I didn't see it. That is awesome customer service. The way the world is now people need to be more understanding and kind.
