*Exceedingly strange. I gave ONE STAR with this review, yet it is showing that this is a Five Star. I click on my review and it shows 5 star, I click edit review and it reveals the true rating of One Star. Even deleted and redid this review. And it's still showing 5 star when I clicked 1. Padded ratings. I'm not the only one. Reading through the reviews, I have never in my life seen so many negative reviews with 5 star ratings.
Could have been a much better experience. If a customer orders and pays for double of something on a sandwich, it's pretty disappointing for there to be None on the sandwich or barely any. This is not pertaining to any items that they ran out of, someone made the decision that nah I don't need to recieve what I ordered and paid for.
Also it's poor form to hide the Prickly Pear Hibiscus Fresca (my whole reason for going to Panera) in the kitchen. "No its not coming out but we can pour you a cup. Oh no ice? Let me fill your cup with ice and giving you minimal nectar of the Gods." Again, paid for something not received. About $3 for a cup of ice is a whole new level of absurd.
Also it's creepy when you order no tomato, yet your sandwich smells like nothing but tomato. I'm highly allergic to tomatoes. So I paid $13+ for a sandwich that made me terrified to eat because no drama it could have killed me if I ate it. I love Panera, but today's experience has me weary about ever going back. No reason I should have been left hungry and thirsty after paying $50 some odd dollars for my sister, son...
Read moreThis location has some of the best customer service I have every seen! Yesterday morning I had placed an order before I went to work. I got to work and sat my bag down immediately because it was a little busy so I wasn’t able to eat right away. An hour went by and I was finally able to open my bag. When I opened it, I noticed my Pumpkin Muffin was missing. I was so sad because that’s really why I went there that day. Just to get that muffin lol. I called up there from my jobs phone and explained what had happened. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to go back up there right a way and they would have been closed when I got off. So the manager saw on the caller id that I worked for another restaurant and she asked me which location and I told her and she said ok I’ll have a driver send it back out right away. I really wasn’t expecting that at all. I was just going to go back the next day but I think she could hear in my voice how sad I was about that muffin lol. About 39 minutes later..the driver gets there and I completely forgot all about the muffin. The driver was so sweet she handed me the box with my muffin in it AND she also handed me a pumpkin shaped cookie. That cookie was HUGE! I was expecting that either. So the manager went above and beyond to get that muffin to me and she gave me an extra treat. Because of that, my whole entire day was maybe. THANK YOU! Read moreOnly getting a 3 because the macaroni and cheese was delicious and delivered on time curbside. I also ordered a baker's dozen of Asiago bagels. At the time of ordering, this location had it in stock. I come to pickup using curbside, the employee comes out with only my macaroni and cheese. She told me that they have sold out and asked if I wanted a refund. Well of course I did, because I didn't get what I ordered. I made this order 4 hours before I picked up. They should have pulled the bagels because they sold them at the time my order was placed. They charged my credit card. The employee told me that at the time it was placed they had them...but then they got busy and resold them! I was forced to go to another location, on the other side of town to order another dozen. This was not acceptable. They had my phone number and email address and made no contact with me, until I arrived at the store!! Bad management. You can't over book bagels.
