Yeahhh… okay here we go. I called at 12:30 PM to ask if I could order 5 pizzas to be ready at 6:15 PM. I wanted to give them ample time and not overwhelm them because I know many places are short staffed right now. The first red flag 🚩 came when the guy I spoke to told me there is not a menu posted online (idk if that’s true or not) and he seemed annoyed when I asked him what their speciality pizzas are. Fast forward to 6:15 on the dot. I walk in all chipper because it’s MY BIRTHDAY and the person at the desk literally says “yeah, they aren’t ready yet and we don’t know when they will be ready.” I’m sorry, what? Then they stared at me for like a solid 30 seconds until I said…”well I still need them, I have 15 people I’m feeding in 15 mins.” And then I had to ask if I could go ahead and pay. Over $100 for just 5 pizzas, by the way. Maybe that’s normal pricing but it seems a little steep for mediocre pizza. A guy came in and was super hot because he also was waiting and honestly, he did not help the situation, BUT they told him that 2 ovens were out. Okay, that’s awful and I hate that for them, but why did they not tell me or any other people with big orders? I think I probably waited for like 20-25 minutes and there were people waiting to be seated for longer. I know restaurants are struggling right now, but the customer service was not kind and it was just an awful experience. I had tried to go here once before and they weren’t nice either and it was so packed we left. Also, I ordered 5 ranches, assuming I probably paid for them and of course, no ranch. I know this place has been around awhile and I hope things improve for them...
Read moreWife and I went on a Saturday evening (before the main dinner rush). Got seated, had our drinks brought to us, and placed our order all within about 10 minutes.
Our pizza took OVER AN HOUR to come out. In that hour, we did not see our waitrress once, and it was not even her who brought our pizza out. Nobody brought us plates, napkins, or silverware. I had to go to the counter to ask for it, and they acted like I was dumb, and pointed me to the farthest end of the counter to grab my own plates, napkins, and silverware.
The pizza, I'll admit, was pretty good. But it was so hot when it was brought out that it burned both of our mouths.
On the menu, it warns that the pizzas may take a while. However, if they had any sort of appetizers like cheese bread or something, it would have made our wait a lot more bearable. They just had salads, which were pretty pricey for how small they were, and had nothing else besides pizza.
We ate our pizza for about 20 minutes (still hadn't seen our waitress), then waited for our check to be brought to us...forever.
Our waitress finally brought us our check about 15 minutes after we finished eating. It was the first time that we had seen her in about 90 minutes. Our drinks were completely empty by the time our pizza came, let alone by the time we were done eating.
I'd been wanting to go to this spot for a while, especially being in such a cool spot downtown, but the service was the absolute worst I have ever had at any restaurant. I would not recommend going to this location of Tiny Tim's, unless you bring your own...

"unique" individual server you got would depend on the service. ownership seems to go with the flow, so do my tips, or lack there of if i get bad service. on occasion you may get a college student that doesnt know shapes. like if you order a half of one thing and half of the other, they may cut the pizza jacked up because they didnt make it half so you get small sizes of one side and big huge slices of the other side. fool me once, wont happen again. This is the last place left from my childhood other places have closed over the years. ill keep coming back as long as the taste is the same and they dont shove any type of agenda/politics down my thought when i just want to go get something to eat without politics being involved. couldnt say much about the bar next door, only been in there 2 times and you been to one youve been to them all. nothing special. go or dont,...
