This morning I went to this specific Jack in the box to change up my morning routine before work. I wish I would have never done that. I literally received the worst customer experience I have received from a place. The lady was extremely rude. I should not have to say hello more then like 2 times but in this case I had said it ten times. Not once did i get a be with you in a min or a hold on. Then when she decided to get back on she yelled what she thought was my order so the entire pack highway could hear. To make things worse no receipt was given no have a nice day no nothing. I asked for salsa and apparently salsa is not ready for in the morning which is quite weird especially with you serving breakfast all day. Then you offer me hot sauce which is basically the only nice positive thing I can say and when I respond you walk away from the window without saying have a nice day or thank you even . You then make me feel like I'm in the wrong because I was looking down at my food making sure it was correct instead of yelling yes I wanted hot sauce like you did. Read moreSecond time in a month i went here and waited in the drive thru line only to be told they couldn't take my order. The first time at about 10 p.m. after waiting about 15 minutes i was told they were doing a "shift change" and it would be another 15-20 minutes to even take my order. I've never heard this in all my years going to fast food restaurants. Every other fast food place in america has figured out how to do shift changes while not turning away paying customers. This time i went at 5 p.m. and after waiting in line again when i pulled up to order i was told "It's gonna be a moment." Not sorry its gonna be a moment or i apologize we're busy. After waiting about 300 moments i politely asked " how much longer?" She replied " i don't know i'm busy." I left hungry and disappointed again and won't be returning. I hope the owner knows his business is routinely turning away paying customers as i've noticed another recent review stating the same. Read moreThey are next to the bus stop and deal with a lot of foot traffic. This is another example of a fast food chain who hires workers with huge controls problems and no smiles. For example, I walked in today and smiled at everyone once inside— no one smiled back and the female manager was immediately blank faced. I walked toward the bathroom, no one tells me I need a key. And when I asked for a key they said you ah e to buy something... you can tell this is how they deal with the folks who take the bus— it’s very inhuman. Long story short, I gave them a dollar for myself and a dollar for the next person.
It’s a shame how inconsiderate the workers here become— potentially due to being over worked or unprofessional management.
