I wish I could rate this place zero stars. I have never written a google review about a business as I understand everyone has a bad day on occasion. However, I can not hold my tongue at how TERRIBLE the employees and service of this business are.
After waiting at the drive thru line for twenty-five minutes, after three cars already left the line due to the ridiculous wait, I arrived at the window. Upon getting to the window, the employee who took my change mentioned nothing about the ungodly wait. Inside of the restaurant there was at least 20 bags and 10 drinks sitting on the counter unclaimed even with a line inside that was as long as the drive-thru line.
After asking to speak with a manager and suggesting they warn customers ahead of time that they are in no condition to be serving "fast" food, they simply looked at me like I have eight heads.
It truly is a reflection of ownership and management at how absolutely horrendous this business was. If any owner or management reads this, I highly doubt you've ever actually visited the restaurant you manage/ own, because there is no way you would put your name on this terrible business.
Avoid at all costs. Paying the extra two dollars to go to Starbucks up the street could not be more worth it if it means avoiding...

I made a mobile order for donuts and drinks and came to the location to see my drinks sitting behind the counter for at least 10 minutes. The manager kept walking by and fulfilling mobile orders and didn’t make eye contact with me once or ask why we were waiting so long. It wasn’t until a member of the kitchen noticed we were standing there for 15 minutes and told us that items were missing from our order due to availability and told us we could choose other options or get a refund. I waited another 5 minutes in line to get a refund and talked to the nicest cashier who then asked for help from the manager. This manager again did not look at me or talk to me while she initiated the refund and gave me the refund in cash without even asking, something that I don’t use. I’m surprised that this woman has been given any authority inside of this Dunkin’ when any single other person working was 10x more helpful and nicer than her. This will probably be the last time I go to this Dunkin’ Donuts until I get any kind of apology or anything to make it up to me. I’m thoroughly upset over this situation and I hope someone above this manager...
Read moreHas been almost two weeks since they have been able to provide the correct donut.. Ask for Chocolate glazed and they just give you a chocolate donut; zero glaze on it. lately, the new theme is to give super messed up food out.
This morning, i received another glazeless chocolate donut to ZERO surprise and what is allegedly a Boston Kreme donut that had a mess of chocolate caked on the outsides of the box when handed to us (cleaned up prior to picture unfortunately)
Their "medium" beverages are actually small and not medium.. will spend the extra 5 minutes to drive out of the way and go to the one on west college across from State College Motors from now on since they never messed things up, always made sure to fix them, give actual medium drinks, and have...
