I'm not sure which McDonald's location, but both we went to, back to back, we had an absolutely atrocious time. Literally almost 2 hours of my life I'll never get back that eouldve been better spent watching paint dry. Messed up order, waited over 15 min to order and couldn't leave bc we were boxed in. Waited about 45min total for our food which ALL was ice cold, esp after they forgot part of it and made us pull up to wait, where they promptly forgot about us and once someone realized that we were still waiting, they mustve thought it was the funniest thing ever bc they laughed hysterically and announced that we were still there waiting for the food we paid for. Now if I'm waiting that long, I'd expect my food to be boiling hot. Nope. The cheese wasn't even melted and I promise my dogs wouldnt have eaten any of it. So we drove around and walked in to return it all. Took all of 3 seconds to charge my card, but here I am more than 24hrs later and havent seen the $ go back to my acct. We went to another and waited to order. And waited. And waited. And waited. We just left and ordered a pizza thru dominos app and had that in our hands in less than 10min. There's so much more that was so abhorrently wrong with this trip, but I'm not about wasting any more of my time on them. Maybe america will finally get over it's fast food addiction since prices keep going up and service keeps going down. I worked restaurants for over 20 yrs. There's no excuse for anything that happened. At. All. This was purposeful human f**Kerry at every level of each of these stores. I know it's McDonald's, but Jesus, have some pride or ethic in your work. I'm honestly surprised I didn't get food poisoning from the cpl bites I took to find out just how God awful it really was. Domino's was faster, cheaper, lava hot, absolutely delicious, and more food than we would've...
Read moreExtremely slow to interact with customers ...Once they decide to wait on the customer they seem to have an arrogant attitude and treat you as if you're bothering them and you should not be taking up their time and you should let them get back to the conversation that they were having with their co-workers. ... I also just went there this morning through the drive-thru prepared to order breakfast and I was told that at 7 a.m. on a Saturday morning they didn't have any coffee what kind of McDonald's runs out of coffee ... so I gave them a third and final attempt to justify themselves I went yesterday and got the two for $5 a Big Mac and a fish home I ate the fish which tasted old and started to eat the Big Mac when I discovered they forgot to put the lettuce on it so I put it in a Ziploc bag I took it back today and discussed it with the manager after making her aware of the mistake she really didn't offer anything other than make me another sandwich to which I had went ahead and wanted to purchase another Filet-O-Fish to eat with my dinner the Big Mac turned out okay however this fish came out the bun had not been steamed so therefore it was dry and hard and the fish fillet Patty itself was actually cold so I discussed this with the manager again they made me another fish fillet and when I got to my table and open the box I discovered this fish fillet look better other than the fact that it had a large black hair sticking out of it and I took it back up again and told them just forget it good luck whenever you guys try to go to this place I'm...
Read moreThis is one of the better McDonald's in a 15 mile radius. They usually get everything right, way more than most, despite usually being very busy. Mostly they are super courteous, a few employees always are, like the older woman who usually runs the drive-thru in the morning. Unlike other McDonald's, they seem to change their cooking oil more often so the food is most always better quality. At other stores you can get some really bad food on a pretty regular basis because they use their oil way too long. These other stores are inconsistent, so hit or miss. I have big eating guys in my family: most McDonald's employees pass judgements when we pick up our order verbally to us. These offhand comments can be very nasty and humiliating. By the way, I'm a customer at your restaurant spending money. The more the better for your job, so stop judging my order and actually do your job, be grateful for your customers in whatever form they take. And, by the way, you're so busy judging my order that you screw it up nearly every single visit. It's a wonder customers even visit most of the McDonald's in my area at all! I don't remember ever being treated that way at THIS store, though. Oh, and a little secret: you can order lunch/dinner items during breakfast at this store. You'll have to wait, of course, but...
