Normally an Arby's would be a 3 or 4 star rating. This occasion customer service was so poor that I have to give it one star. The restaurant only appeared to have three employees working, one at the counter, one at the drive thru, and one in the kitchen. Upon arriving there was one patron seated with a meal. I stood at the counter waiting to order for nearly 5min. While waiting I was able to observe the counter and drive thru employees wander about avoiding eye contact, and the guy in the kitchen wiping things down. Also noticed was the blank order monitor. When I finally ordered, and saw the order pop up on the screen, a drive thru order popped up also. I stood there and watched the drive thru order get prepared and sent out the window. Then the kitchen guy went back to his wiping. The guy who took my counter order was out on the floor with a broom and pan sweeping up imaginary piles of garage. Another few minutes go by and my order still showing on the screen. Finally the drive thru person aknowledged me, and asked if I needed help. I pointed to the screen and said that I had ordered and I was waiting. Her response was 'oh, okay' and began to walk away. I then asked if I could get my order made. Read moreI really don't like to complain but I've just about had enough with the Fife, WA Arby's Restaurant #6096, and other should know what to expect from this Arby's Restaurant. I arrived at the drive thru spot to place my order at 12:05pm, and placing my order was fairly fast there were 3 cars already ahead of me, this is when the long wait began. I finally arrived at the window to pay for my order and I was greeted with an apology for the wait, I paid for my order at 12:19pm which it shows on my receipt. I waited an additional 5-6 minutes to get my order, I received another apology upon getting my order. This is not the first time that this has happened at this Arby's restaurant and I have just about had enough of this Restaurant. They were unfriendly,I even commented this to my husband. He said I dont care as long as they get our order right. They didn't of course, he ordered a roast beef and cheddar. No cheddar. We didn't get a receipt. The guy acted really unfriendly. We ate I ended up not feeling so well afterwards. Didn't give any other thought . Then the next day. My husband's debit card was used at a restaurant in Seattle online. We did not make this purchase and we still had his debit card. The only person to handle my husband's card was the guy at the drive thru the day before. We called the bank then arbys. The manager was very unhelpful.
