If there was any possible way to give a negative star to this establishment. I would definitely do so. My daughter and I pulled up through the drive. Th room asked a question about the new wraps that just came out. I did not see them on the menu. So I asked about them serving them. They said. Yes, I then asked the different flavors they had and complete silence. The person on the other end then said. Can you read the menu then? I stated really and she began to giggle. I heard conversation in the background because she forgot to turn her microphone off. So then I asked girl, are you high? She then responded. Why are you in my business? Then then said I am not going to take your order. I then pulled out to the winlooked over point to her indicating who was on the other end to my daughter. As we're going by, she then flicks me off so I go and reverse and ask Her what her issue is. She proceeds to tell me that she is not from here and does not like the black people around here. My new she is a black woman herself. And to top it off, guess what she was a manager. Are you kidding me, not knowing it? My daughter was recording the situation at hand the manager then looks at her and says what are you doing? Are you really recording me? Are you gonna put this video on your little TikTok? I then turned around and looked at my daughter. Then realized what was just said!! I told her not to address my child!! She then said something else to her About her still recording.. I then told her if she says anything else to her She was gonna find herself in a certain kind of way. (And that's how I'm a state that.) After coming all out of character going back-and-forth with this woman that I then Realized I needed to shut up, Act my age and keep it pushing. Although I wanted to snatch her through that window. I knew better Not only as an abut as a woman of God, I then humbled myself, apologizedand Wished her a great evening and pulled away.

Do not go to this Burger King unless you want to be pulled out of character, Get poor customer service if she finds out that you're black, Doesn't care about customers and their concerns. She's gonna come across the wrong person.!!!! She is dark skin heavier, said short hair that looks like maybe'starter dreadlocks and either a missing tooth in the front or a gap. Long...

The management here is pretty bad. Months ago I went there and I sat at the first window for so long because there’s a sign there that tells you wait here where you can pay. I waited and waited and waited and I kept looking at the first window to see if somebody is going to look out and wave me down and nobody did finally I gave up waiting and moved up to the second window. I asked why the sign was there if nobody is going to be there and the girl said that the manager put it there so that when they’re super busy they’ll have some extra time. And I said well I’ve been waiting there though and you never told me to come. And she apologized. She also thought it was a little inconvenient so I told her then why don’t you take it down. And she said because it was the managers sign I’ll have to ask her. I just went back there and that was months ago and guess what the sign is still on the first window I was behind a car who did exactly what I did and waited and waited and waited. There was nobody else in front of him and there wasn’t anyone at the 2nd window waving to him to come to their window and surely they know that he’s there and they don’t even care. Why even call yourself a fast food restaurant? Finally he moved up to the second window. I was shocked that this sign was there and you know it’s even crazier the first time I went the sign was hand written and now it is printed with a :-) emoji. they really went through so much work just to have people sit and wait at the first window confused and waiting all so that they don’t feel rushed. I don’t think the first ordering lane works either…either that or they were just...

I placed my order thru the intercom to wait 30 minute to get to the front of the line. Rude Mexican lady manager told me when I got to the window I did not order as if I talked to myself. She told me to go back in line after my 30 min late. I refused to go to the back of the line. She said she will call the police. O said ok I will sit there to figure out who took my order n rolled up my window. 2 min later she knocked on mu window n told me go somewhere else. I told her I'm waiting for the police she got highly upset n closed her window. 3 minutes later she knocked on my window hard and asked if I figured out who I talked to. I said do not knock on my window. She told me to leave go somewhere else. I started yelling at her and she told me not to yell so I stopped yelling. She closed the window again to knock on my window 3 min later then started yelling at me. I told her ok now you are yelling and she caught herself. So the police didn't come because she could've easily avoided the chaos by just taking my order in the front but she wanted me to work hard to go back of the line and reordered. She was very angry that she didn't get her way. So Fina she gave in n said to park in the front n someone will take my order lol. I wouldn't want my food anyways after that but the thing is. You better learn good customer service and learn how to treat people the way you want to be treated. She would of called the police on herself messing up. I'm not scared to explain to the police what her mess up us cuz she was really the one...
