McDonald's — Restaurant in Fife

Worst experience ever. I worked 12 frustrating hours before hand. And I was the pleasant one... Ok.

First of all they say theyre cash only... Now that i think about it that maybe on purpose or they're using it to their atvantage.

I ordered a quarter pounder with bacon, total at the first window. $4.94

As I roll up this chick tells me that she "Just tells people they're out of stuff cause its too much to be doin all that and clean up and everything"......

If only she knew what I been through with my 12hr work day, McDonalds is a childs game.

As I went to grab a fry pulling out I noticed it was actually just a couple hashbrowns...

Went through again, the drive through packed obviously because they're messin everyones order up and can't manage to fill an order correctly. Actually saw somebody skreetch tires out of there so fed up.

So I sit at the window another 10+ mins. Then they ask for 6 more dollars. I say im pretty much that wasnt 11 something. She just stared at me. Im just like whatever hand her six more bucks. She hands me a small drink; kid size, I say im pretty sure combos only come in medium and it says it on the receipt you just gave me even though I didnt even order the combo.. she takes it back and like uses the small cup to fill it 2 or 3 times then pour it into a medium cup..... then I look in the bag after I pull out. She gave me a small fry.

Over charged me nearly 2 dollars for this. And 40 mins of my time after a stressful day. No sorry, no thanks for the wait, just bad attitude. Amazing. These raptarded, entitled, useless, brainwashed youth just amaze me and im ashamed to be associated with this...

The manager at this branch, a blonde woman, was standoffish, judgemental, and dismissive of my complaint. I complained that my girlfriend's frappe lid was not secured and therefore she dumped it all over her jacket and pants. I approached the manager with my complaint and she said if she could visually verify that the drink has spilled on her, she would replace it. Now, this is already unusual, and I believe under normal circumstances a manager would just replace the drink. But I was happy to oblige her request. She walked out to my vehicle and as my girlfriend prepared to show her her frappe soiled pants and jacket and all the wet napkins used to clean it up, the manager glanced at the window for all of about 2 seconds and immediately dismissed us, called my girlfriend a liar, and then as she walked back to the store, yelled at us to "get a job!" This was totally unacceptable, uncalled for, and unprofessional. Not that it matters, but I am a full time therapist and my girlfriend is a full time vet tech. Not to mention, you work at McDonald's! We paid for our meal just like anyone else, and to have our complaint dismissed by the manager, then to be rebuked by her and insulted, made for a very upsetting experience for my girlfriend and I. We will never return to this Fife, WA branch. Please give this woman some...

The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly, but the whole place smelled strongly of burnt oil. We were immediately sceptical of purchasing food due to the smell, but because we were traveling to Portland for a funeral and needed to get back on the road, we went ahead and placed an order to go.

Unfortunately, the food was not good. The cheeseburgers genuinely looked old and were not even warm. (Even our 5 year old asked why his burger was cold.) The chicken nuggets were a mushy texture (which I have honestly never experienced before) and somehow they had baked a raisin into my chocolate chip cookie.

...I would have gone back to provide them with the opportunity to replace the food, but we were already back on the road. (The employees seemed nice enough - so I'm sure they would have been kind enough to replace the food.)

My family was left frustrated and hungry as the food was quickly thrown away. We will not be returning to this location. If it smells like burnt oil when you walk in, just turn right around. It's not worth wasting your time or money.

Heads Up: Customers are only able to turn one direction onto the main road when leaving - which can be a mild annoyance if you are trying to get back on...
