This will be a very different review. . .
Wendy's in general was truly excellent! The customer service, polite, friendly, apologetic for the delays due to being busy and the shortage of beef that seemingly caused the delay. Possibly because of other customers ordering something from the menus that they didn't have. Granted it was also 10pm and they close at 10:30pm. We ordered only chicken sandwiches because they had great deals and combos on chicken. The Homestyle Chicken sandwich was delicious. The Chicken Tenders were freshly cooked and wonderful. All good.
My review now differs than my norm because of my observation. In the news and on the internet, the "Doom and Gloomers", (realists? ), have talked about the supply chain problems, lack of beef, chicken, milk, eggs, produce in general and so on. With hearing 3 things recently about Costco, limits on beef, out of beef at one location and the price of ground beef supposedly going from $3.50 a pound to.$9.00 a pound and then having the cashier at Wendy's apologetic for the lack of beef it oddly easily pushes this to a 5 star review. What I believe I saw last night was Wendy's doing all they could under the circumstances. Chicken products on sale to ease the burden on their lack of beef, customer courtesy and so on. A plus to Wendy's period.
Customers beware however that I see troubles ahead for us and food in general and our understanding and patience towards the restaurants and suppliers will be needed.
Wendy's seemed to do the best they could in what is seemingly an immediately changing and I dare say, dangerous, situation.

Read moreI went here to get my family food and I run a business and this will be the last time I ever visit this place of business. So I spend almost 40.00 got 4 meals and 1 kids meal so once I got home as we sat down to eat our food I notice we were missing 2 large fries ok not the worse then my brother that came with me says the also forgot my bacon on my Asiago chicken bacon meal as he takes another bit he realizes they game him a spicy chicken patty. I didn't eat my food because the one bite I took tasted like the sandwich was sitting on the shelf for a few hrs then was rewarded up. So I pick up my phone at this point call talk to a gentlemen and tell him they forgot 2 large fries and then I tell him there is no bacon on my brothers sandwich and he immediately gets defensive tells me I know for a fact there was bacon then proceed to argue and make me made basically calling me a lier you know I make 100k k a year I could of taken my family to any restaurant on that strip but I choose to come to this place. And it was the worst service ever. So I called the 320th location the manager was so nice she said she is going to make some calls and see if she would come to a resolution. Thank you to who the manager Lady is. Maybe this store need to be looked at okay be who answers the phone shouldn't be. It's not about the money cause money I have that's not the issue bad customer service. Bad service . Managers are to fix problems and remove obstacles not create problems. Never in my life has there been a time where the food was cold from a fast food restaurant.
Never in my life have I called said restaurant for a problem that happened, went back the next day to get things situated and then come out WITH THE EXACT SAME PROBLEM.
I went to get a 2 jrs, and a jr deluxe yestarday. I left because I am on my way to work. I drive 2 minutes down the road and get gas. While waiting, I want a bite. Ice cold. I do not have time to go back, my job is an hour away. I call them when I get to work and they are fine with replacing the meal because things happen. I've never had a cold burger, let alone 3, but okay fine I will go back. I go back the next day. Get the same stuff to replace my meal and I am excited to eat some Wendy's. I did a quick touch of the burgers but I only touched 1. Big mistake. About 5 minutes later, I want a bite and not only is the burger I touched now cold, the other two felt like they hadn't even been in a warmer.
What is wrong with you guys? A whole day heads-up to not mess up and you do.
The worst part is that it's two different burgers meaning this is happening to a lot of other food.
