Bellacino's Pizza & Grinders — Restaurant in Findlay

I want to start off by saying they have the best calzones, Grinders and cheese bread around.. BUT i I just recently had the worst encounter with “the person behind the FB page “ . I politely let them know their 50% off coupon was not working. They then apologized 3 hours later and said it’s working correctly . I responded with a no problem “your “ welcome . Well, the person decided to make fun of me and go ahead and correct my grammar on the fb page (not knowing who I am , or the daily struggles I might face ) so I called them out right back and they responded with a GIF . I did take pics of all the posts and thank God I did because they deleted everything but my comments (to make me look stupid, again) . I go to look at their business FB page today and I’m completely blocked from making comments and reviews . Oh , and the whole post is gone and deleted now . I have never been so humiliated in my life . Very disrespectful. This to me is nothing but bullying. Remember , no one who is successful and happy has time to leave negative comments and troll people on social media. (Sorry for the grammar issues...

Let me start by saying this is not the review I intended to leave about 20 minutes into my first visit to Bellacino's. We decided to eat there for the first time today and we ordered our food and waited. And waited. And waited. I didn't say a word but I'm sure my face looked unhappy. After about 20+ minutes, a woman came over and apologized to us, stating that she forgot to put our breadstick order in otherwise it at least would have been out already. I exchanged a fed up glance with my fiancè, silently agreeing to never come back. The woman then came back, was again very apologetic and gave us a $10 giftcard for next time. The food finally arrived and it was very, very good! The woman came out to check on us again, and again apologized. Before we left, she offered a free dessert as well but we were stuffed as their portion sizes are very generous. I’m visiting from Mississippi on business for the next 6 weeks. My hotel recommended Bellacino’s with raving reviews! I was hesitant at first, but when my husband and I walked into the restaurant the aroma was delightful!!!!! The service was great, the atmosphere is great, clean, and family oriented. Our pizza took about 20 minutes and they bought it to our table. The first bite was delicious and all the ingredients were fresh!! We ordered a large sausage and pepperoni on half, and chicken and banana peppers on the other half with extra sauce (on the entire pizza). We ate the entire pizza and left no crumbs!!!! Haha haha!!!
