A group of my friends (party of 10) and I went in around 9:45 last night. We called ahead to see if we needed to put our name in or anything since we were a large party. They were good on the phone, and told us there wasn't a wait. When we got there, they had just gotten really busy. We went up to the hostest stand and put our names in. I spoke to two women, one of which would be our waitress when we were seated. I was polite and we were all willing to wait for a table. We waited no more than 10 minutes. This wasn't an issue. When we were seated, our waitress, Alexandria, took a while to come up to us, but when she did, she was pretty short with us. I thought that maybe she was just stressed due to the sudden rush of business, and all of us were willing to forgive it. We were all patient and kind when ordering. We waited for an hour to get our food. Again, they were busy and short staffed, and this was understandable. While we were waiting, Alexandria was nowhere to be found. We didn't get a single refill the entire time we were there. When our food finally came, one of my friends never even recieved her food. By this point, I was frustrated with how we'd been treated all night, so I went up to the front to request a manager. I had to flag down a different waitress because, again, ours was MIA. When I finally got ahold of another waitress, she finished what she was doing and went back to the kitchen to get the manager. While I was waiting, I saw her go into the kitchen where Alexandria was standing and tell her that we'd asked for a manager. As Alexandria came out of the kitchen, she glared at my friend and I. After a short talk with the manager, we were able to get my friend's food. The rest of the night Alexandria ignored us all together. We were there for another hour before she finally came up to us to give us our checks. At this point, it's 11:30pm or so. She takes forever to cash us out, and when she does, my three friends who paid with cash didn't receive their change. One was missing three dollars, another was missing 8 cents, and the other 47 cents. On a normal day, everyone wouldn't have blinked about it. I went up to her and asked for our change, and when she heard the amounts she scoffed at us, rolled her eyes, and stormed off. I went to talk to the manager for the second time. This time, I was told that Alexandria has been complained about before, and that if we leave a review, maybe something could be done. That is absolutely inexcusable. The manager told me nothing could be done essentially. Alexandria was rude from the SECOND we walked in, and we left, bills fully paid, with a "better luck next time" wish. I am more than displeased, and i cant say I'll ever be back. Alexandria has been allowed to continue working there even though her behavior has continued to be completely...
Read moreTook the children there because we couldn't settle on what type of food to eat. Also, it had been months since I'd last had BDubs and long enough for the children that they couldn't remember being there.
Dina was our server and was awesome! I wasn't aware that kids eat free on Wednesdays. However, we still managed to spend nearly $60 (before tip) and my daughter and I had water and the boys' drinks were included. I should probably tell the truth and say it was because my appetite was (ahem! I mean "the kids" appetites were) so big. But I'd rather give props to Dina's excellent upselling ability. All kidding aside, she was a great server and we are happy we sat in her section.
Food was good. Server was great!! But what's up with these silver serving trays and not having salt nor ketchup on the table?!? What happened to the paper food trays, with the BW3 logo on it, that food used to come in? I don't think you got bought out by a bunch of environmentalists since you still serve straws. But seriously, what's the deal? Also, where did the table caddies go? Your servers are busy enough... why make them have to bring ketchup or salt to (I'm guessing, at least) every other table that gets sat? BW3s must be trying to market a new wing sauce flavor called Let's Save A Tree & Decrease Our Efficiency??
I don't like change but I guess that's my problem not yours. Dina was an excellent server! 5 stars on this visit because the service was so good. Food was good but those silver trays made everything look fancy and taste pretentious (if that had a flavor).

Read moreHad a group of 9 was told 15 min. After 45 min we were finally seated after watching several tables side by side get seated instead of pushing 2 together. We ordered our drinks about 15 min later got everyone's but 1 person's drink (strawberry lemonade). Another 15 goes by and we have both appetizers and still no drink. She got her drink after we asked again for it. Then we ordered our food. 30 minutes goes by and nothing so we ordered another appetizer to hold the babies over till our order came out. We watched several tables come in order, eat, pay and leave and still no food. After over an hour after we ordered our food finally comes up. 75% of our order was cold. I ordered nachos and got 3 little pieces of meat and even the melted cheese was cold. This will be our last time visiting Buffalo Wild Wings in Findlay Ohio. One of our party had to get ready to leave and asked for a box and their check while we waited for the food. The check and boxes made it out 30 min before their food. After getting my nachos I gave them back and asked that they be taken off my bill due to poor quality. Our server was very rude and when she did come back to the table which was not very much at all she had an attitude the entire time from start to finish. I get it's hard to find help but come on there is no reason 4 separate tables came in after we gave our order were able to order eat and leave before we were served. Do...
