Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Findlay

This review is based off an order placed today(October 13th, around 11-115am). Order was for 7 people. This was a work order placed via online. Majority were bowls, 2 were quesadillas. We ordered 2 sides of guac and chips and an extra side of chips and guac(large).

Bowls were fine except for one major issue. They were mislabeled and had the incorrect lids. So we had to figure things out but such a small mistake that shouldn't happen.

Quesadillas had little meat and cheese. Good temperature but a bit light on the filling. For the price, I'd expect more.

The chips were fine. Tasted fresh.

Guacamole was super disappointing. Brown, super chunky and clearly not fresh.

Do you guys watch your products on the line or portion out properly?

If you do order, watch your portions and if you order guacamole be sure it's fresh.

Not sure what has happened to Chipotle, but so very disappointed! The restaurant was dirty, the bathroom was dirty, and the service was less than satisfactory. There were 6-7 people working and nothing being done. It was not busy when we came in. They were very low on several items and there were so many people doing online orders (4 of the 6) vs someone competent making food or working the line. The poor guy cooking was so slammed because there was no system to restock the empty things prior to being empty. I felt bad for him. The girl making our order had no clue what portion size is and repeated our order incorrectly to the cashier. I certainly hope the food tastes halfway decent. By the time we waited for our food to be cooked quite a line had formed, including 2 state troopers. Get your act together Findlay Chipotle!

Surprise surprise... food isn't nearly as good as...

Tonight, my family and I stopped by for dinner at the Tiffin Avenue Chipotle location (06/29/2023). I requested a chicken bowl. I asked the server for extra rice (which I always request since I don’t eat any of the salad sides). He automatically gave me a look and seemed irritated. With noticing his reaction, I mentioned that I did not mind paying extra for the side. He then added a small spoon sized of rice and stated to his coworker “charged her for 3 sides of rice”. Now, I really did not care how much it will cost me. Neither about the poor amount of rice received. I do have a problem with the bad attitude and poor treatment received at this location tonight. Very disappointed. I understand how hard it is to hire workers currently, however, respect towards customers should...
