I travel for work and have visited many Cava locations in DC, Jersey and California. Cava is known for their Pita chips and a reason that I love having meals at Cava.
I understand that it is the grand opening, and that ingredients may run out, but this should be disclosed to customers aloud as it happens. The wait time was 1 hr and 10 mins from entering to placing an order. Perhaps some of us would not have waited that long if we knew that the avocados, pita chips, and various other ingredients were out.
I am rating my service especially low because I requested Pita chips and was told that they were "out" and that they would not make any more. However, there were 2 customers after me that complained about the lack of pita chips, and I believe her name was Tiffany (the same person that told me that there was not anymore) went to the back and brought out 2 bags of pita chips to those customers.
There was no explanation as to why these customers were deserving of the chips, and not anyone else. I don't understand why she would lie, and that lack of integrity made me not want to every return to...
Read moreEpic Fail! This is my second attempt to eat at Cava in Fishers. We moved to Indy from another area that had Cava and we were huge fans, even altering our routes on trips if there was one nearby.
This location has failed miserably on delivering a positive customer experience. Twice we have driven 30 min from Indy to Fishers just to stand in line for an hour to be told they were “out of almost everything ”!
The staff could at least have the courtesy to post a sign at the door and let customers know instead of waiting for them to get to the counter to order.
I don’t know if it is supply issues outside of Cava’s control, or just poor planning on Cava’s part.
Whatever the reason, Cava has missed the mark on making a good first impression in Indiana.
There are too many other great places to eat to be disappointed like this, not once but twice!
I won’t be making the effort again. Take my advice and go grab a taco at Torchy’s or a bowl at BIBIBOP, you won’t wait an hour and they will appreciate you...
Read moreExcited to announce this yummy Mediterranean spot in Fishers. We need more Mediterranean food all over this city, that makes this location in my own neck of the woods all the more worthy. The food was tasty and fresh, and the pita bread was about the best ever! 😋
I had the lamb meatball for my protein, very very good. Spicy Lamb meatballs that fall apart - hard to explain but worth trying. I will get them often as my protein. Yummy.
There are plenty of chef-curated bowls and pitas, or build your own.
I enjoyed the blueberry lemonade, quite refreshing.
Atmosphere is cheery and bright.
removed a star because prices are high. What is a fast, healthy food option is easily over $20 for lunch for one plus drink. However, I intentionally made two meals out of a normal portion size. Hoping this chain runs some lunch specials cause it could easily be a go to lunch spot for us and quick dinner after the gym type place.
Cava does have a rewards system so get signed up and check out this new...
