Veteran's Day!

Thank you so much for honoring veterans with a free bowl today. It seems many places in Fishers advertised a Veteran's Day meal, but fell short. My veteran friend and I stopped by for our first visit here and was so happy to try this.

Much like a Chipotle Serving line, we get a choice of a base (white rice, purple rice, chapchae, and a 4th choice), a protein (wish there was something more Korean here like Bulgoki instead of tofu, chicken, steak, and a 4th?), toppings (variety but advised my friend to the closest to Korean as possible such as the carrots, cucumbers), gochujang would have been the closest thing to the Korean bibimbap... she can't handle spicy so she went with "yumyum" sauce.

This is more like fusion bibimbap. And good in this sense. But, if you are looking for traditional Korean bibimbap this falls short.

Ordered online, came in for pick-up, apparently the computer went down and they lost the order, I gave them the name, confirmation number and that it was supposed to be picked up at the Fishers District location, they kept telling me it was for the wrong location when very obviously on the receipt it was not. I was told "it's not their problem" and when they continously asked me for the order I continously told them I had to wait on my coworker to get back ahold of me with his order (the order they apparently didn't receive even though they took his money) they told me to call my coworker, I had to explain to them over and over again that my coworker is working at a busy emergency room and is with a patient and couldn't step out of the patients room to give me the order. Waited over 30 minutes to receive the food...

Compared to local quick-dine options in the Chipotle/Blaze category, this is a great addition. However, as other reviewers have mentioned, customer service needs a tune up. After following all instructions to check-in for our curbside pick up, we sat in the parking lot for 20 minutes to find out our order has been on the back counter for 30 minutes, next to an employee locked in a dangerous battle between stapler, receipt, and plastic bag, totally unaware there was a curb-side order primed and ready for the curb-side part, after it was prepared, stapled, and then... forgotten? A little training and sharper management over customer service oriented details and this place will compete heartily amidst it's food-dense neighborhood.
