I walked in and mostly really enjoyed it till the end, the atmosphere is very cool and definitely a fun gimmick. That's about where it ends. The staff was mostly friendly, and the food was pretty mid, with the exception of the $6 dessert I ordered. (The Taiyaki Ice Cream, is actually really good!!!) Most of the sushi is Lukewarm and feels kind of mushy by the time you get it. Not at all worth the price!

I was visiting indy and my airbnb host said that this place opened recently and I like sushi so I figured dope I'll try it out. Back home there's 3 sushi places where you Can pay $27.99 and get all you can eat made to order sushi

I'll start by saying supposedly I was told at the beginning that EVERY plate costs $3.75. I don't remember hearing that but I also admittedly am not the best at paying attention. HOWEVER the issue comes in when I sat down and started eating then confirmed with a staff member to make sure that if I ate off the moving conveyor belt rather than ordering off the computer above you, I would not gain additional charges and he confirmed this so I pigged out. I ate 32 plates. There is even a reward system for eating more! Every 15 plates a little capsule drops and gives you a prize which only encouraged me to eat more. At the end I received my bill, and the server asked if I was surprised by the price. It was pretty clear he knew I had no idea what I had done. Shocked I said yes I was surprised and told him I tried to confirm with another staff member prior to eating all that I did. He said he would do what he could but ultimately who I assume was the manager came by and was kind of a dick about the situation so I paid and left

My bill was $140 and At least 7 of those plates were either mochi, water melon, or Cucumber. Absolutely ridiculous pricing!!!!!!! additionally these $3.75 plates have at best 2 -4 rolls on them. Ridiculous.

Part of the issue is that they have a very confusing order system and nowhere is it said visually ( Although supposedly verbally) that the conveyor is $3.75 a plate however ordering individual items on the computer has a separate cost depending on that item?? They have a feature on the computer that tells me how many plates I've had but not the price I'm racking up????? Honestly feels like a predatory system.

Lastly I'd like to say the server that handed me my bill was very nice about the situation and even offered to personally cover some of my bill because he felt bad about the situation however I declined as it wasnt his fault....

It was a long wait, but worth it! We had heard of this place, but didn't know the name. Of course a Google search brought it up right away. As you walk in, there's a kiosk to sign in. It tells you the wait before you put in your name, so you can decide to sign in or come back another time. Our wait said 85-115 min wait. So we decided to go down the street to Target to kill some time. After about an hr, we went back. We had a party of 5, so the wait was probably longer, than if it was a date night for 2. When we got there, we probably had another 15 min to wait. After you get seated a server comes over to explain how it works. KettyBot brings you your drinks, after you order them on the touchscreen. The conveyor of sushi goes by every table, so you see something you want, you pinch the edge of the plate and the lid goes up. Be ready to grab things for everyone at the table if you sit next to the conveyor belt. We averaged about 5 plates per person. Each plate is $3.75, and it's the perfect size to try lots of different sushi and sashimi. They also have things like cucumber salad, edamame, and cold watermelon. My son and daughter also wanted ramen. You order it on the touchscreen and it comes out quickly on the top conveyor, right to your table. It's so cool! The server comes by every once in awhile to clear away napkins or trash. You put the sushi plates (blue and white ones) in the slot at the table to keep count of what your group ate. We spent $155 with tip. Everything we had was fresh and delicious! The ramen was good too, we all tried it at the table. It's an experience,...

I personally love sushi places, but man, Kura Is one sushi place I have never seen before this is like one of the best sushi places ever and I’m not gonna lie. There’s snow crab California roll is so good like I got it So much. I recommend for any family’s That love, sushi or even by yourself especially sushi lovers. Also, the little conveyor belt is like so cute and even sometimes you get to have a little robot come up to you, which I personally think is adorable and yes, I’m not a 40-year-old person OK I’m Under 20 but over 14 OK I’m not an old person. (I’m not exposing my age because that’s a little creepy.) Honestly, if you just wanna try new foods and you love sushi, I would recommend this place although their weights are kind of ridiculous like we had like a 60 minute wait and it turned out to be 120 minute wait Witch was like and I came there at four, but you know it’s pretty trending Right now. So in summary, I think that this place has amazing food amazing customer service and amazing little side details like if you order off the conveyor belt I got the fish ice cream I Don’t know how to spell it because I forgot and it was really good and they even made super cute. Like I know I don’t take pictures of food and I took a picture of this one cause it was that cute. Also, If you Never tried real crab .I’m gonna tell you. Snow crap is the crap you need to try because it has a very savory taste. ( I’m sorry that this was...

One of the most authentic Japanese dining experiences outside of Tokyo Town in LA. The atmosphere blends tradition with modern convenience, making it both fun and efficient. Most of the sushi is solid, with the takoyaki standing out as a highlight—crispy on the outside, creamy on the inside. The wasabi is made from fresh root rather than powder, giving it a more authentic flavor. A few things could be improved. The edamame was served cold, which was disappointing. The eel and wagyu nigiri were not hot, and the miso soup, though flavorful, could have been much hotter. Ordering is seamless with touchscreen tablets at the table and the option to scan a QR code to order from a phone. Plates are counted automatically through a slot at the table, making checkout effortless. A robot delivers drinks and wasabi while playing music, adding a fun and modern touch. The staff are kind and attentive, though communication was a challenge when instructions on retrieving plates from the conveyor belt were given. The noise level and a thick accent made it difficult to understand, creating a slightly stressful moment. A great touch is the container of pickled ginger at the table, eliminating the need to ask for extra. The space is lively and busy, but not ideal for large groups since tables only seat four. Despite a few minor issues, the experience is impressive, offering a mix of traditional sushi dining with high-tech efficiency.

Very unique and fun experience. Great for young and old alike. You can get food made to order and delivered to your table via conveyor belt, or take from food on a second belt that constantly comes past your table, and robots bring your drinks.

An important note is that a lot of people are going to this location. If you go during dinner, on the weekend, or during rush hours you could be looking at a 2 hour wait. I would highly recommend reserving tables in advance. We went on a Friday during lunch hours and only had a short 10 minute wait. We traveled from New Albany to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday, and I can definitely say it was well worth the drive. There are many different sushi options at $3.75 a plate. Expect to pay around $40 a person. The revolving sushi is a nice touch. Grab what you want, and order everything else on the touch screen above. I personally even tried the sake, and it was a balanced and whole flavor that complemented the sushi. The Miso Ramen however is one of the most underrated plates on the menu! The seasoning was to die for, the pork was tender and light, the egg was light and added texture, not to even mention the broth. It was soooo good. We even tried the ice cream. Nice flavor that taste homemade and fresh! Also, 15 plates will get you a cute little prize. Overall, this is a fantastic upscale casual stop that's well worth trying, enjoying, and even returning to!
