Hollywood Feed — Local services in Fishers

I was never loyal to a specific pet store before, but I try not to shop anywhere else for our pets needs after the extremely personalized care the Fishers Hollywood Feed staff put into their store.

The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Kim has gone above and beyond for my reactive dog by slowly providing positive interactions at the pace my dog wanted. She'll warn other customers about our dog so we can maintain some distance and avoid negative interactions which is a huge relief.

They also were able to deliver food to my dog when he was in board and train, which prevented him from potentially regressing in his training by seeing us. Our dog is actually in the board and train program in this picture, with a free treat Kim gave him along with his food delivery, because she knew he really liked those. They also gave treats to give to the other dogs at the facility, because they're amazing.

The selection that they keep in stock for dogs is amazing. There's plenty of chews, treats, food, and toys at reasonable prices. The staff will help new pet owners make sure that the chew is appropriate for the size dog and your intention for the chew (i.e. "He will love it, but it will be gone in 5 minutes just in case you're looking for something to last a while").

I love the variety of quality treats, food, and natural chews that HF offers. The customer service that the Fishers location provides is unparalleled. The staff is extremely knowledgeable of their products, and have always been very helpful in assisting me find the right toy or chew for my dog’s specific needs. Not to mention, they are always so friendly. The reason I am not giving them 5 stars is due to a concern of one of the staff members. As I mentioned, the staff knows their products well, but this particular person offers advice on my dog’ care, often health care, that I have come to deem inappropriate, and possibly harmful to pets. Out of curiosity, I asked my dog’s vet about the advice she had offered to me, and the vet told me that her suggestions were incorrect and, in one case, could potentially be harmful to my dog. It concerns me that this might be happening with other customers, as well. Her intentions are absolutely the only best, of course, but I think it’s important to only stick to offering knowledge about the products...

Absolutely fantastic experience at Hollywood Feed!

I visited the store for the first time today to find a bland diet for my dog, Anna, who has been unwell for several days. As I made my way to the back of the store, I was approached by the store manager, Kim, who immediately offered her assistance. She was not only knowledgeable but also genuinely sympathetic to my situation. After I explained what I needed, Kim provided several thoughtful recommendations tailored to Anna’s dietary needs.

I was impressed by Kim's expertise and the variety of options available. Thanks to her suggestions, Anna is now happily enjoying her new food! The atmosphere of the store was welcoming and well-organized, making my shopping experience even more pleasant.

If I could give Hollywood Feed six stars, I absolutely would! I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for quality pet food and exceptional customer service. Thank you, Kim, for your kindness...
