This salon and their team impressed me so much! I made an appointment upon recommendation and I was very pleased! Lots to say and kudos to give! First up, the two ladies that did my two daughters and I appointments, were Rockstars! Marcie did my color services and cut, as well as my youngest daughters haircut! We were treated amazingly. Think upscale spa treatment! My daughter thought she was princess of the day there! She got to pick her juicebox, she got a tiara, and they even went the extra mile a put a few streaks of tinsel in her hair. Marcie and all the other memebers of the team were so good with her! My older daughter was taken care of by Bailee and she did a fantastic job as well!!! She also got a tiara and totally loved every minute of it! Both of their cuts turned out fantastic, which for a 3 year old and 5 year can be tough! Moving targets and such! Marcie also did my color and cut! She took the time to review what I wanted exactly and talk me through the process and what my desired color would look like in the end on me. She was outstanding! All of the team were very interactive not only with each but with all of the other clients as well. The atmosphere is one of total collaboration and creativity! And my last huge kudos goes to whonI think was the salon owner! The idea of learning techniques and totally professional development is not lost at this salon! The owner was on the floor with the whole team and doing demo's for her team! The teaching environment is very strong here, which for an ever changing industry like this, is so valuable! Between the teams care taken and the high-end atmosphere, this experience is definitely one we will be back for!! I could not recommend this salon as a total...

Finding a great stylist, much less an entire salon of great stylists in Indiana is like trying to find a needle in a barn full of haystacks. I thought it wasn't possible until I had my first appointment at KKBB over 4 years ago. I was skeptical on my first visit, I wasn't referred but their website was catchy so I decided to give them a try. While I was waiting, while I was being shampooed, I watched the stylists. Every person in every chair was receiving fantastic service, the cuts and colors I saw while I watched were transforming, beautiful and stylish. I still watch the stylists every time I'm in the salon, not because I don't trust them but because they are stylist magicians and it's amazing to see the transformations.

My current stylist, Luda, is brilliant. As I've gotten to know her, I'm always floored by how much she studies and trains on styles and color. It's easy to see it is her passion to be great at what she does. At any point she knows the current trends and the trends that are coming up. Her skill set on coloring is remarkable, gorgeous and always on point. Last year, she colored my hair the fire red to golden ombre, it was stunning and I received so many compliments. She has colored my hair a sexy cherry chocolate and currently she is in the two step process of coloring my hair into a smokey charcoal. Bangs, I can't say enough about how great she cuts bangs!! She has always matched the cut I describe to the cut she gives me. She gives great advice on product and how to give your hair the salon look once you've left the shop.

After I arrived 10 minutes late, was offered fresh coffee in an actual mug (at 9am to my breed this matters) and a cozy booth seat with a tall back, Marci arrived and led me to her swivel chair. I felt comfy being direct in what I wanted and didn’t, she asked good clarifying questions, we thumbed through ideas, then touched base with those ideas throughout the appointment. Partway through she offered something to drink, I said more coffee would be stellar, and her pal (Sam I think?) was nearby to receive and refill my mug; like they seem to employ a go-between person for extra hands which is amazing and smart for employees and workflow if that’s what it is. Marci asked my opinion and I felt comfortable giving it honestly. I’ve never had a stylist invite me to participate in the evolving creation of it all. You won’t believe this. Before I left, she said okay this is your home now, no more cutting your own bangs. I said that’s fair ma’am (probs 10 years her señora) thank you, I’ll go ahead with booking the next appointment. Needless to say, my experience was everything I needed after cursing stylists and nomming my hair with craft scissors since 2019. I’m wading through ‘finding my look’ (and probs myself if this is an honest review) after growing up told often what my look wasn’t.
