I apologize for the long explination in advance. We went there about 12 at night wanting something to eat. When we got there we pulled up to the second drive thru because the first one was in use. The person on the speacker proceeded to tell us that someone would be with us in a minute. Okay gave us time to think of what we wanted. After a few minutes cars in the first drive through were being cycled through yet no one had even said anything through the speacker. There was one other car behind us. An employee came out and put a cone behind the car behind us and directed other people driving to go into the other lane but saying nothing to us or the car behind. About 5 more minutes of waiting we decided to just go back around to the first drive through thinking maybe theres only one person on drive through. Although it would have been easier if someone just told us earlier to go to the first one. Any way we get to the first drive through. The person on the speaker tells us thats its cash only and they were only doing the late night menu. I asked what the late night menu was and they just repeated what they said. I ask again and they tell me what it is. We had been there 20 minutes and we ended up not getting food because we just didnt have enough cash. There really no time specified anywhere when they take cash and their is no late night menu displayed. I understand that they have to do some system update but they could of handled the...
Read moreThis McDonald's is hit and miss. If you go late night you have an excellent experience. If you go around 6pm it is far from it. I always have to wait. I can be the only one in line and I have to wait. There can be several cars and I have to wait. The last time I went at 6pm there were only 4 cars ahead of me after ordering. The person manning the first window was sitting on a box or stool in between cars waiting to take payment. When I finally got to the second window. Nothing was close to ready. The person was confused about my order (#5 with a diet dr pepper). He just stood there after handing me my drink. Meanwhile I saw one employee on her phone, another drinking a beverage behind the McCafe machine and I could only see one person running around working. Finally the window person told someone that he needed my order to be filled and then we waited for that one person who was actually working to get it. These kids need to learn some work ethic and how to multi task. If the order isn't up for the window person, they should get it themselves and not just stand there waiting. Unless it is work related, nobody in any business or work setting should ever be on their phone where "customers" can see. We should all know drinking behind the counter is a no-no, especially when there are customers...
Read moreWorst experience I’ve had at a mcdonalds without the kitchen staff talking about their scabies infections (that was a few years back in East Troy). Tonight, I came in with my wife and her disabled aunt who lives nearby. The lobby was a mess, and zero people greeted us. Alarms started in the kitchen shortly after I paid, and were ignored by the staff until after we left. Before the food came up, I ran to my car for my phone, and the shift leader locked me out without saying a word. I had to have my wife let me back in so we could listen to alarms while they made our food. When our food finally came up, two of the staff spent awhile doing their secret handshake with a lot of loud clapping (but not in time with the alarms, i don’t think the staff can hear them). Eventually they brought us our food and ignored us while we asked for ketchup (dude literally held ketchup in my general direction just out of reach, and looked away. Another customer came and started banging on the windows because they shorted his order. They finally let him in to the tune of kitchen alarms, then they threw away the rest of his food while he tried to explain what was going on. By this point, alarms were filling my head. It was truly a...
