Wahlburgers @ Hy-Vee — Restaurant in Fitchburg

I give it a one because it was very overly hyped , I was expecting something slightly different like to taste a different burger like no other but it wasn’t different it was an Applebees slap in the face , now the wings on the other hand !! Great !! Could be better if they had a smoker but it’s good , there onion rings could be better too ! The price doesn’t match what the food taste like ! You know? That first bite and you say to yourself “yo I can see why this burger is 15$! Instead its “why is this 15$”! The food is ok, used to get to go a lot from here. One day we pick up the to go order, get home open it up and realize it's the completely wrong order. So we take it back. While we are there the door dash driver comes in looking for the order they had given us (the incorrect one) the lady literally just grabs a new bag and hands it to the driver. Personally I would not want that order after it had been in someone else's home and opened and everything. I called them to make them aware this happened...no answer and vm was full. Emailed them and never heard back. I will never go back here unless MAYBE we were sitting down to eat, which I just don't see happening because there are so many better...

We have been to wahlburgers all over the county. This was our worst experience. The service was terrible and inept. The cashier was unfamiliar with how to ring up a cash transaction. They were out of Jenns chicken. The food took 45min . My wife's order was incorrect . My order was also incorrect. The delivered food was terrible. One bite and we walked out. 80% of the people in the restaurant had food from the adjoining supermarket. Allot of the tables were dirty. The floor was dirty.
