Cornerstone Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Fitchburg

I am appalled on what I witnessed in your establishment tonight. First we almost left because your staff made my partner and I feel like an inconvenience to be waited on & order food. Then her and the other female bartender verbally attacked two young girls calling them names and swearing at them making a huge scene when your blonde haired bartender was in the wrong. When one of the women asked why they were being sworn at it made the bartenders even more mad and call them even worse names in between swear words. The one woman was completely shaken by your staffs words and was in tears not understanding why the staff was lashing out on her and asking what she did to escalate the situation to this point. At one point the blonde haired bartender who appeared to be intoxicated was clapping her hands encouraging the red head to kick out these woman who had been patiently waiting to order. The bartender even threw the guests phone and cash in their faces as she swore at them to leave. We came for dinner and got a disappointing show from your staff acting horribly unprofessional and...

Ok, owner of this place. This was our first time here, and you’re getting a split review. We came here to watch a Badger game. Lots of TVs and a great space. Then we encountered the server/bartender with short dark hair. She claimed she couldn’t turn the sound on for the TVs outside of the bar area, so we spent the entire first half not hearing the game. We were sitting near the pool table, near three TVs. With effort, we were able to get her to stop at our table with just enough time to get one item ordered; she didn’t take that one second more to catch the additional beer or food order - it was like we were an inconvenience. Then half time hit, and the next shift came in. What a difference!!! More customers to serve, but these ladies handled all of it and with efficiency and great customer service. Orders were placed, the TVs all of a sudden “found” speakers so we could actually hear the game, and we were treated so well. I get that it’s difficult to get good help these days, but maybe longevity shouldn’t...

The worst service ever. Went in to have lunch, waitress informed us we had 6 min to order breakfast, we told her we would wait for lunch, she then replied very rudely it would be 1/2 hour before we could order. We were fine with that, we had a bloody Mary and talked, we then asked to see a menu, she very rudely brought them to us, threw them on the table and while I was asking for another drink totally ignored me and walked away..rude..we then went and ordered another drink at the bar and continued to wait. We did complain of the awful service but thought maybe she was just having a bad day, well no one came to take order so when finally asked if we wanted to eat we told them no and left. Never ever will I return to this place. When we told others of our experience they all said the same thing, they heard the service was awful there. If you hate your job that much maybe you should get a new one, or maybe she can't with an attitude like that..first and last time ever...
