I had come into the store to transfer from Verizon to my Mother-In-Laws Sprint plan. Since the merger between T-Mobile and Sprint is currently going on, there were a few bumps along the way with getting new lines activated on her account. I worked with Evan G. and a few others and the service they provided was above and beyond expectations. When the store didn't have Sprint SIM cards, he called around to other stores in the region and an employee (I believe named Tyler, but could be mistaken) went immediately to go pick them up as they were needed for the activation. Called first to see what we needed to do. They said come in. Once I got there I found out they needed all kinds of information, they should have told me to bring the phone with. After ordering the phone and coming back they said they couldn't complete the promotion we signed up for and refused to change the promotion or give my wife the phone we paid a down payment on.
