This is literally the WORST Taco Bell. If I could I would give them zero stars. Every time I decide to give this location another chance I regret it (it’s the closes location to me, and between work and home but I still very rarely go here anymore). They are consistently the slowest drive thru EVER. Last night I knew it was going to be another long wait when I pulled up to the menu and was told to look over the menu and someone would take my order in “just a minute.” It was 5 minutes before anyone could even take my order even though I didn’t even see anyone in front of me. (there ended up being ONE car at the window, and I would have left but someone had pulled in behind me and there’s no room to go around in front unless you’ve been waiting so long you’re ready to drive off a small cliff.) I ordered a mini quesadilla, cinnatwists, and a watermelon freeze and waited another 18 minutes for my order to be completed. I guess at least the cinnatwists weren’t stale this time(not hot and fresh either btw!) but my freeze wasn’t much of a freeze, which makes sense, since as I waited for my food i watched the lady make the next persons drinks, which included a freeze. On top of everything the staff is never that friendly, and rarely apologizes for the wait, or when they get orders wrong, another recurring issue at this location. DONT GO HERE. driving to the Taco Bell on hometown circle is definitely worth it for the quality of service and will almost always take less time than waiting for your food at...
Read moreWe have loved Taco Bell in the past but after moving here to Wisconsin have yet to have a good experience. We have never gotten an order that was correct, always something missing or incorrect. When we’ve tried to go back a missing item they refused to give it and instead gave us “free taco” coupons (even with a receipt)
Tonight we waited in line to even get to the speaker for ordering for 20 minutes, only to be told there is a 20 minute wait for EACH ORDER being placed (there was 3 cars in front of us), so we would need to wait over an hour to get our order. We were trapped in the line, and could not exit due to people being in front and behind of us. Mind you this is dinner time with a 2 year old and 5 year old in the car slowly losing it because they are so hungry!
We were able to get out of the car and ask the people in front of us if they could move so we could leave. We asked the employees if they could send someone outside to let others waiting in line know that the wait is so long and they said no they could not do that.
Just disappointing customer service, disregard for the way customers are treated. Waited a total of 60 minutes before we were able to leave with no food. If you don’t have enough employees to meet the needs of your restaurant, close the drive through and do dine in only. Or close the dine in and do drive...
Read morei live near so I come pretty frequently. It's great when it's good And awful when it's bad.. No in between, pretty hit or miss, but 4/5 times a miss. I order normally order a supreme Dorito taco.. Supreme is the first thing listed on the ticket, before the item name, not hard to miss. Got home.. No supreme, even tho I was charged the extra. The manager corrected it, gave me a coupon. That's fine! The next 5 times in a row.. No supreme(I started checking while I was still in the drivethru after the first few times, so they could correct it there), when it just keeps happening and happening, a free taco coupon or free freeze is cool, but it would just be a whole lot better if they could just make it correctly. I understand mistakes happen, but when the same mistake happens over and over, that's more of an issue of laziness or not doing your job to your best ability.
