I bought board on Craigslist and the guy that sold it to me suggested I go see Tommy at Flagler Board Shack to get some repairs done on it. Not a moment after Tommy said "Hello" he had poured me a beer, showed me around the shop and introduced me to his crew. The board repairs are beautiful and well priced, and his hospitality was flawless. Tommy even invited me to burger night at a local joint and allowed to let me set up my E-Camper and live in the shop parking lot for a few nights while I got acquainted to FB. Terrible customer service. I went in to buy a boogie board for my two sons aged 7 and 11. I specifically said over and over again I was looking for a board that would last and be able to endure two young boys. I didn't just want to buy a cheap one at Walmart that would break in a week. Within 2 weeks the board started delaminating and after about the third week was completely falling apart. I took it back to the owner of the shop to see what he could do and I didn't get so much as an "I'm sorry". He immediately implied it was my own fault for not properly taking care of the board and offered no solutions whatsoever. I certainly will never patronize this...
