Hi All!
I am not sure how this place gained a 4.5. Me and my husband are sitting at the table while writing this review. First time being downtown Flagstaff and wanted to try some amazing food and drinks. 1. Service was horrible we waited 25mins or more. While watching other staff members cater to their own culture. After 25 mins of finally being served. I order a frozen margarita, my husband ordered and IPA. Drinks came right out. However, it was suppose to be frozen. But instead it was on the rocks. I ask the server who was“Hispanic”was it frozen he stated Yes! Obviously the margarita wasn’t. Then a few mins later the frozen drink came out with our appetizer.
Appetizer arrived which French fries were fresh and mozzarella stick were horrible and cold. Stated to the server that our food was cold. She was very apologetic and proceeded to take the basket away. Once the food arrived back to the table we could tell the whole basket had been microwaved.
With downtown being a tourist destination please take care of your customers and have better customer service skills.

Read moreWhat a great surprise. Just happened to be driving by on their opening day. Incredible menu. Four (!) different kinds of Chevice. Shrimp Albongias. Got an urge for Octopus? They got it. That's what I'm getting next time. Incredible. I took the safe choice the first time, went for the Asada Tacos. These people must be out of their minds. What I got was tacos overloaded with tender spicy beef, lots of beef, lots of fresh cilantro, onions, spices. Soooo good. What the heck? No beans, no rice, no fillers, just a truckload of tender beef. Good thing I got there early. The line was 20 deep by the time I got my order. They're a legit pop-up. Saturday is their only day at the 2200 East Cedar location. The husband and wife owners told me that they move around own town to worksites the other 6 days of the week. There's supposed to be a Twitter and Facebook page with their location schedule but I couldn't find it. Maybe an opening day glitch? Too bad, looks like I have to wait a week to...
Read more4/16 Still great food, but unable to get served since the brick and mortar opened up. Literally spent $19 on food that they never prepared. Ordered online 40 minutes before I had to be at work and they hadn't started it when I went to pickup 30 minutes later (and not because they were busy). Said I would get a refund but never did. And I won't go into my previous experience except to say it involved being ignored by staff sitting 3 feet in front of me for over 5 minutes before they put down their phone to take my order. And apparently took their irritation out on my order because it was a mess. Threw out to be on the safe side. Message received.
But yeah, great food if they feel OK about serving you.
(Previous review) Some of the best food in Flagstaff. Truly talented. And they are opening a brick and mortar in the Americana near 4th and E Rte 66. Tip-call to make sure of hours and location before you go.
Seriously, food so good it makes you...
