We've been eating from MPM Pho for over a decade. Our family doesn't even need the menu anymore and the staff typically know what we're going to order because it's such a staple in our routine. In my opinion, they're the best Pho in town. I geothermal veggie pho, kids get pho Tai Nam (think beef flank) and/or yellow chicken curry, and my husband gets pho tai bo vien (flank and meatball) or seafood pho. My daughter and husband usually order a Thai tea too. I love the quantity of fresh basil, cilantro, bean sprouts, lime and jalapeños they serve with the soup. We typically refuse the hoisen and Sriracha and just ask for chili paste because we're gluten free. Their rice wraps are also delicious, but since I'm vegan, I haven't ordered these because they have shrimp and pork. I'm not much of a fan of their vermicelli because it has a strong vinager and fish oil taste, but I'm sure it's delicious to those with who appreciate that taste. Everything smells great, the atmosphere is pleasant and the overall service is fairly quick and friendly if they're not too busy. When they have a full house, it's still worth it to us to be patient because they're our go to pho, Vietnamese, Tuesday...

MPM Pho should be called fake pho. This is hands down the worst as far as flavor Vietnamese restaurant I have ever eaten at. First of all for the price you get half of the portions at most normal places. So if you do not want to leave hungry order 2 entrees. Now problem number 2. When you order Pho. There is usually thin sliced jalapeno's, bean sprouts, mint leaves, & basil that accompany your bowl full of noodles and broth, as well as a wheel of sauces to flavor your soup to your liking. That is not the case here. Pho at MPM consists of Luke warm broth in a way smaller bowl, no fresh veggies on the side, half a portion of noodles, a lack luster amount of choices for combinations. No wheel of condiments, that you get to eat with a medal spoon and wooden chopsticks that you have to ask for. When I asked for sriracha the waiter looked at me funny. I am not even going to go into the egg rolls or flavorless fish sauce that also came without lettus to wrap the egg rolls in.

Bottom line do not waste your palet or your money here. Unless your a clueless hipster then this...

First of all, food was very good. Nice prices, great selection, nice selection of greens, however, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

Our group of 6 people carefully explained how we wanted to split the check at the beginning of our meal to an older gentleman who could've been the owner? Anyways, we ordered, got our food, ate a good meal and when we went to pay, we were ready to pay according to how we arranged it at the beginning.

He then became extremely irritated almost immediately and raised his voice at all of us about how we didn't discuss any of our plans to him and how inconsiderate we all were. I saw the receipt he was trying to make me pay and saw things none of us even ordered!!

I tried explaining but he talked so loud over me. Irritated and angry as well, I just paid a huge bill without any other thought and left. He continued to make comments at us while we were leaving.

This place definitely lost my business. Incredibly unprofessional and no way to treat a customer and a...

I visited the Grand Canyon today, which was stunning. The highlight of my day though? Spending my evening writing this 1-star review. The manager just decided to charge me $18 for 2 small cups of broth — no noodles!!!—because "this is a special off-menu item". Little does he or she know the importance of customer experience. I gave the associate who checked me out the chance to right the ship and drop the price and he stated that this was the manager's decision. Today was my first experience at MDM Pho. Today was also definitely my LAST experience at MDM Pho. I encourage the manager to use sound judgment in the future when pricing ad hoc items. Again, always put yourself in the shoes of the customer. Paying $18 for broth? You completely missed the mark here. If I owned this restaurant, I would fire this manager immediately... poor customer experience is unacceptable.

Vietnamese coffee was sooooo on point!! I’m so happy we came here. We’ve been traveling through the country and have been dying for a true Vietnamese coffee (I’ve had several so I know a thing or two about it)- hands down best authentic made to order Vietnamese coffee in Flagstaff. Food was so fresh and flavorful. And the service was great, the gentleman who assisted me made everything fresh and was attentive, despite being the only staff on the floor and having other tables to take care of. I’ve worked the industry and this was a spectacular experience. On my favorites list!!

Photo featuring The Pho Tai Mai or the one with rare and flank steak. So delicious and great customer service!!! I loved our date here! Thank goodness one of the cooks (or maybe it was the owner) came over to tell us that we needed to put all the yummy sauce, bean sprouts, cilantro, basil and mint into the bowl of noodles and meat. The sauce is made up of mostly hoisin and something spicy is included in that tiny bowl we asked for one more little bowl of sauce so we could dip the noodles and meat in it so it wasn't just in the broth.
